Country ADSL 2+ – Slow ADSL speed but I'm a long way from the exchange (7.7km from speaking with iPrimus tech). Occasional drop outs. Generally the service is serviceable and allows for online video streaming up to higher resolution most of the time for a single user. With two of us on the speed provides medium resolution most of the time. Show details

Long Time Client – We have been with Iprimus for 15+ years. Dropouts have been rare and the few issues that required support were handled promptly by friendly and competent staff. Can definitely recommend. Show details

Bad customer service for activation team – First time my dad purchased this one and the guy on the phone (i think he's in the Philippines) for activation call is not reliable and unfriendly at all. If he's having a bad day, he shouldn't work in customer service. Want to ask some questions but he's just telling the same stuff as if he doesn't want to be bothered by raising questions. Can't even say 'thankyou' at the end. Very rude!
Horrible. Worst internet since dial up – My internet connection is about as reliable as an answer from someone in parliament. When we first got the service, it was okay at best. Now it’s just disgusting. Drops out more than a lazy college student. Small downloads take hours, I’ve seen better speeds on dial up. I will NEVER move to a location that doesn’t have nbn again and I will NEVER go through iprimus again. $80 a month for an absolute garbage service. Show details
Very bad customer service. If I can give -0 I would definitely give one . Be careful while you choose iprimus – Bad customer service. Stuck with same issue from 2017 till now they can’t even solve my problem. The lady on the phone so rude , doesn’t understand the main issue . This product should be banned. Show details

Primus Telecom - thoroughly recommended services – A reliable ADSL connection. Technical and Service staff are always friendly with an enthusiasm to assist any time. Horrible customer service!! Don’t even waste your time – Have had broadband with imprimus for years, there internet is fine but there customers service is absolutely ridiculous!! They want you to jump through hoops non stop, it’s not worth it. Choose a different company and save yourself the drama

Know better, choose better.
Don't need NBN with such a good service – The connection relies on the phone lines and the exchange. Generally it is very reliable considering the infrastructure and dropouts do happen and are usually weather related. I have never needed to do a speed test as the service doesn't lag. I hear constant complaints from NBN users in other areas but don't get negative feedback on the ADSL2+ locally. Show details
Service is absolutely terrible – Keeps dropping out and when you complain they blame it on the Unit and send a new one. NEVER actually send a technician, and when I tested the speed I was getting 12 mpbs. When I complained, they sent a technician who didnt turn up and promtply closed the job. weeks I had no wifi or phone line at all) I was charged full price until I threatened to take them to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Forced to use mobile to call their helpdesk and charged 50c a min to call them to FIX their issue. Suddenly they start calling daily. But when you need them to fix something, the technical faults team only answer calls until 5pm then give up trying or be on hold until the office is closed. Yes, I was on hold for 1 hour and 27 mins, only to be told they were closed. You can try the online chat, but they will have to contact you later is the standard response. Thieves! Do not sign a contract with them until you are absolutely guaranteed that the issues I listed above have been fixed - it's a headache.
A good option among whats available – Sometimes there are temporary outages or slow network here and there. However, overall there are no complains so far. It has good value for money. I wish there was a gaming option as in MyRepublic, to satisfy the online gaming needs. Show details

Efficient – We are using multiple devices and they are working well. We have not experienced any difficulties with having iPrimus so far. The Fetch TV is also reasonably priced and this is what I was looking for. Show details

They don't help you – My internet does not work properly when I bill is due. They are making me pay for a simcard I can't use. I am a single mother I have asked for them to help but they keep billing me for it . They don't care about their customers just money Show details
Bad internet provider – The service is really slow it takes more than a month for the internet to get reconnected after relocation. The ADSL is sometimes interrupted and the speed is of very poor quality. If u get a contract it keeps starting from the beginning everytime we relocate or upgrade to NBN. NBN but the technician who set up the internet connection confirmed that the building did have NBN. Would definitely not recommend anyone to sign up for Iprimus.
great service – we have speeds of about 6 nbn we live on the vic border just stay connected i think we have about 500 meters of copper conected to fiber originally the labor fed gov at the time were going to run fiber to the house but this has not the case under liberal fed gov . we had to run fiber to to local doctors house about a month ago because it was to slow , the internet was a lot faster before nbn was hooked up cheers . essential for my activities, phone, mobile, computer – Since NBN was connected to our home I have trouble retrieving messages. I have had to re-set my 'pass code' 5 times with technical help from IPrimus. It works for a couple of weeks, then the dreaded message 'contact your service provider for a new pass code.' So important messages cannot be retrieved and medical appointments are missed. If my husband didn't rely heavily on the landline I would happily abandon it. Show details
