This has been an ongoing issue, and despite attempts to resolve it, I’ve been left without a usable outcome. It’s very frustrating to be in a position where neither the goods nor a functional refund has been provided.

I would strongly encourage others to be cautious when purchasing, as my experience has involved poor follow-through and lack of effective customer support.

I hope the company addresses this matter promptly and improves how it handles situations like this in the future.

The next time I ordered, it took months before I sent them a reminder only to be told that the item was unavailable and here's a voucher - I think after a while I got more incense or something that I knew they had plenty of. And then came Christmas - a year and a bit ago. A nice pair of silver earrings that - when I finally heard back after sending a reminder - that they were no longer available. I told them to keep their voucher and THEY could choose something from whatever stock was there. I am still waiting - 14 months later. I loved this place. The stock is phenomenal in-store but nothing else. IF you can't go to the physical store, don't waste your time and don't support them with your money. I am on a pension. I have no spare change to give. They still owe me for my earrings. How hard could it be for someone to choose a pair and send them.

Do not purchase from this website. Would give no stars if possible. Have been waiting a month for my items and they are ignoring my emails. Have now requested a refund through PayPal.

appear to be available on their website. When you order, you receive an immediate notice saying it's out of stock, & a voucher number. I've tried re-ordering other products with the voucher number and these too were out of stock. They then deducted additional postage from the order, only to report that these new products were also out of stock. I asked for a refund and have received no response despite following up several times.

This site is a scam. Takes your money and never delivers the goods. One star is not because I want to put it there. Why is this company allowed to still operate at all? Used to be good when shopping IN store.This is not a fake review.

Only gave 1 star because I had to. Would prefer 0 stars. This company is a farse and a scam which needs to be investigated by accc. No way to retrieve refunds for non deliveries and then scam by sending bogus vouchers and get you to pay for postage on use of the voucher. DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I lost over $500 on items that I ordered in 2023 and never received! I am gobsmacked that Ishka is still allowed to trade online and steal from innocent people. Apparently the owner is living a good life in the Bryon Bay Shire from proceeds they stole from customers. Once again why hasn't ASIC prevented this low life company from trading??

Still waiting for my return to arrive almost 15 months later, many broken promises to do so but it hasn't happened. Bank helped me to get my initial credit just so over it. Never buy from here again!!!!

my credit card company to lodge a dispute and finally received the difference for the items not received. Very disappointed. There have been various complaints lodged with Consumer Affairs but like others here I didn't see this until I has trouble getting a response.

Stay away from Ishka online – Stay away I am still waiting on my order wish I looked at the reviews before buying from this online store. It is still operating and taking peoples money. I tryed to contact then phone disconnected and email gets sent back. No refund.

Never refunded – Tried supporting this company by ordering three dresses. To be told, they don't have them in stock. But they were still online?. I am currently still awaiting for my refund 7months later :(

No sign of my purchase – I give them 1 star for the swiftness with which they took my money. I ordered some jewellery 3 months ago, nothing has arrived yet, nor have I had an email saying it’s on its way. Yet they still send me emails encouraging me to buy more. I had bought very successfully in the past but now apparently there are new owners…. I can’t understand how they haven’t been put in jail yet!

Ishka Online Scam – Ishka Online is a scam. Like so many others, I ordered and paid for goods ( $245 value ) back in April 2024 and have never received. Numerous emails sent with replies that kept putting me off and after 3 months they complely stopped. Phone keeps ringing out. Their online shop should be taken down by consumer affairs

AVOID!!!! – Don’t do it!! I ordered nearly 4 months ago and haven’t received my delivery. No responses from online Customer Service. It’s a scam. Very dissatisfied because I used to order online with ISHKA and minimal issues (including delayed and staggered deliveries) but at least I eventually got the deliveries back then. Avoid !!!!

ISHKA online is a SCAM – ⚠️ WARNING Do NOT buy from Ishka online store.(ishka.com.au) It’s a scam. Goods never received. Emails not responded to. Phone calls just ring. I didn’t check reviews before purchasing online as I had been buying from their physical store for years. 2.5months after online purchase, no goods received. Very disappointed and annoyed.

DISGRACEFUL experience !! – Well it appears I am not alone in this disgraceful shopping experience… I ordered multiple items over 6 months ago which have not been received after reaching out about this I received initial contact explaining that they would contact suppliers, since then I have received zero contact or acknowledgement in regards to requesting a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this shop. It's a scam, and they will take your money without delivering any product – I had a terrible experience with them. This company is a scam, and I want to warn others to avoid doing business with them. The item never arrived which I had paid on April 24, and when I tried to contact customer service, they either ignored my emails or gave me the runaround. I reported this to Consumer Affairs Victoria but still haven't received my refund or the item. Unfortunately, even the authorities couldn't help resolve this issue.
