The Macbook guy – I contacted Frances as I was not happy with Apple or a Data recovery company. Frances sounded very positive in that he could repair a water damaged macbook and retrieve the data. Sent Frances the laptop and within a day he had reported the problems, completed the repair at a very reasonable price and sent it back. All up it was returned to Sydney, working, within 3 days. Great communication too. I will definately use Frances again.

Fast and friendly, truely a gift to southside nerds! – IT-Tech Online were fast and friendly.I'm blessed/cursed with the M1 Mac 14 making the screen replacement expensive but their price was fair and their work & communication is flawless! As we organised, dropped my computer off at 12 and had it back at 5. As much as I do not want to need their services again, IT-Tech Online will be the place I'll go!

Absolutely awesome husband and wife team! They saved me – Macbook Air M1 USB-C ports died and told by an Apple approved distributor I needed a new logic board after they already swapped the ports out. Took it to Francis and her husband and they had it back to me in 3 working days. They were very clear, keeping me informed and said it was one of the hardest fixes they've done due to a short. Absolute life savers.

Efficient, professional service – My MacBook backlight was not working (Flexgate issue). Sent it in for repair and it was fixed and returned to my house via post within days of arrival at their workshop. Affordable price and as far as I can tell, an amazing repair job. overheating potential. the service was excellent and very quick! I came in the day i called her with my machine, she reviewed and assessed it, gave me an immediate quote for its repair and I had it back 1.5 days later as good as new!! Efficient and friendly – I took my 2009 iMac desktop to IT- Tech to have a new SSD installed to replace a dead hard drive. I was impressed with the attention I received from Frances, who asked me to call two days later to pick up. She demonstrated the remarkable improvement in performance, and I found I could use the iMac exactly where I left off before it died, with all data and apps installed. The service went beyond my expectation – Quick response I highly recommend this service. My computer is Macbook Pro 2012 and it became really sluggish after 9 years. iMac that you think the only thing to do is get rid of it and buy a new computer ( which is what APPLE would want you to do ) speak to Frances first and for a fraction of the price of a new Mac your old one can be made to run like new.

I wanted to get value for money.... So i started to look at the new laptops and discovered that I'm looking at approx 6K to purchase a new model with what I need :((( !!!! I was pretty defeated until I did a google search and found IT-Tech. When I rang and explained my problem the lady was super friendly and helpful. She said it would be fairly easy to fix and replaced my logic board for $400. I dropped it off @ 5:30pm and they called me the next morning around 11am and said they had it ready for me to pick up... WHAT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I can't recommend this business enough, I will definitely be suggesting them to anyone I know having computer problems :)

Macs. They are extremely professional and had my Mac ready "exactly" when they said for a very good price. I'm glad I went there. The work they did was brilliant. I will certainly use them again for all of my Macbook needs, not only for repairs, but for upgrades too. They can upgrade my HDD to an SSD, so I will be calling them again soon. Excellent and Affordable Laptop Repairs – I had repairs on a Toshiba laptop and a Lenovo laptop completed by IT-Tech and on both occasions I found this store offers friendly, trustworthy, affordable and speedy service and repairs. repaired quickly and at a reasonable price and even gave us the option of using new or second hand parts. I opted for the lower cost option of the used LCD panel and it's perfect and I was still offered a 6 month warranty on my repair. I find this repairer to be a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them for all computer repairs, not just their advertised Apple Mac repairs.
