99% sure this website is a scam – Tried to order 'Beats Fit Pro True Wireless Earbuds' for AUD$176.99. First off, the order confirmation page is sketchy, since it has 2 separate submissions for payment and for order confirmation. Clicking the `Place Order` button did not do anything. from my bank account, but after this the order was still not confirmed. Pressing the `Place Order` button at this point still did not do anything.

I have contacted both using the e-mail address and contact form provided on website, and will be disputing a chargeback if I do not hear back in 2 days.

Stay away from this website, this type of hassle and worry should not be normal.

Terrible experience – Pretty sure this is a scam. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23+ from this website and when I never received a confirmation. The money has been taken out of my credit card $1178.31 which looks to be by a Hong Kong company. I have emailed them and filled in the contact pages but no response. Ordered Galaxy phone which arrive quickly and with the week – Well packaged and delivered to front door. So far I am very pleased with it. Cost a few dollars more after my bank added their money conversion fees. Still good value though. Show details

exchange fee (so price to me is more than stated by Jackdeal). The watch arrived fairly quickly, well packaged, and worked. BUT. The watch setup was in Chinese, which I can't read, with no obvious way to change language to English. After searching the interwebs I found a way to do a hard factory reset, and eventually got the watch working in English, after stressing about whether I was about to brick the thing. I suggest others will likely struggle with this and find it very frustrating. My stern caution is BUYER BEWARE - you wont have the support and warranty of an Australian supplier, and the Chinese setup might be a deal breaker.

Be aware their Xiaomi redmi note 12 does not have NFC – I purchased a Xiaomi redmi note 12. It was a great price and arrived well within the time frame I was quoted. I had a couple of queries while waiting for it to arrive (approx 6 working days), and was answered very promptly. Show details

MOBILE PHONE – Purchased phone 4th Sept, deemed lost after 6 weeks, said they would reimburse funds on 12th Oct in 5-7 days never received it 30 + emails later never returned mail. I went back to PayPal on 6 Nov to resolve this issue and i received notification on 1 Dec that funds will be processed in 5 days, as they viewed the case in my favour. #3 months. provide accurate tracking updates and information? Once I received the phone, there were a few suss things, first the Samsung branded seals were broken and replaced with their own. The IMEI number printed on the back of new Samsung phones was not present, so clearly the back had been replaced, indicating the phone was refurbished and not new. Cut to 5 months later, now, and I wanted to discuss the 12 months warranty, as I was having an issue with my phone and needed to see about getting it replaced under that. I have tried contacting them through their website, I have tried emailing them, nothing. I am yet to hear anything from them, even to deny being able to uphold the warranty. And on top of that Samsung warranties and repairs are specific to the country.

Cancel order and refund – I just want to cancel my order and get a full refund before the product have shipped but no one respond my cancel request email because if its too late I will not be able to get refund. My order id is in the picture.

the advertised price in Australian dollars as a foreign transaction fee was charged. A phone call to my bank confirmed that I was, in fact, charged in Hong Kong currency, hence the fee. JackDeal would not reimburse this fee after contacting them. Also, because the item came from overseas, I do not automatically receive the Australian legislated retailers warranty that backs up the manufacturers warranty. In the end, I paid the same price I could have paid from a dealer two minutes drive from where I live. Would I buy again from JackDeal - no.

packaged Samsung phone on the 7th day. Turned it on, and as with every other Samsung phone, the first question it asks upon booting is what language I want. English was easily selected, and all smooth sailing from there. Happy days.

Nikon Z50 Camera and Adapter – The camera and adapter arrived and are as described. I noticed previous negative reviews regarding delivery. The problem is with the courier as opposed to the seller themselves. The seller was helpful in resolving the courier issues. But I recommend taking insurance with the Aramex courier just in case. On approaching Samsung Australia to have this addressed I was told that the A54 phones that I purchased from Jack Deal were manufactured by Samsung Taiwan which has an International Warranty which Samsung Australia will not honour.

I have sent three messages to Jack Deal seeking a resolution ~ Jack Deal have not responded at all.

Perfect service – I was concerned where my order status was as my email address had a computer hitch and was offline for over a week till I got it fixed. Once emails were working I messaged Jack deal and was very impressed with the immediate response back. They were very efficient. Be careful when purchasing the Sony earbuds – I purchased Sony wf-1000xm4 earbuds from Jack-deal last week and realized that these earbuds doesn't fit my ears at all with even small earbud tip attachments. These are quite expensive and the Sony company should have methods to clean the earbuds when they are returned or else they should provide smaller tips when we have such kind of issues. I was totally unaware of the return policy for the earbuds and majority of the stores are accepting the return when we have oversize issue. I emailed Jack-deal about if they can provide any smaller tip attachments for the buds and they never replied back so please don't trust this store and make sure you enquire about the return policy before you buy.

Good customer service – I didn't get the colour that I ordered, apparently it was out of stock, so had to compromise on another colour. Had few questions around delivery and it was answered efficiently. I would recommend buying from this guys. Show reply
