it to me close to 2 weeks after the original ETA, which was 5 weeks from ordering. Arrived without instructions but a card to advise where to download them. That webpage had 100’s of items and you had to know the part names to find the right instructions which took about half an hour and then a leap of faith that I had the right ones. As I was assembling I realised 2 of the boxes had different codes to the shipping receipt, so I spent the next 4 hours on numerous phone calls just trying to find out if I got the right boxes. Turns out 1 of the boxes was wrong and as it was a Friday so they would have to get it to me on Monday. Monday rolls around and they call me to say “we are very sorry but we don’t have the right ones in stock and the next shipment is in 6 weeks”. It’s a Mickey Mouse operation…. Avoid

offered me the office chair I wanted at a very fair discount due to the confusion I was caused, but also their assurances if I found anything I was not happy with further down the track, that they would willingly attend to this. The attitude was truly one of "the customer is always right", and that is a rare 'find' these days! The only reason I haven't given them a full star count was because of the confusion I was caused re payment conditions that I could have easily been removed had the conditions for finance been very clearly displayed on their website at that time. Whether or not this has been amended I don't know, but I am very happy indeed with the comfortable office chair I bought, and their service.

I have ordered a few pieces of furniture that needed to be customised, in terms of dimensions, finishes and other features. Some of the requirements were particularly finicky. Unfriendly staff actually a bit rude and arrogant – Went instead to buy a chair and mat was ignored for about ten minutes. When I approached a staff member I was almost insulted and told to wait my turn. Time was aggressive and rude. A bit defective – The back of the chairs casing is warped and is not pushed all the wall in to line up with the rest of the chair, big gap in the outer seam of the plastic. Not sure if I can fix it myself. Works well besides cosmetic flaws.

Incredibly disorganised, very poor customer service – We ordered 2 desks. It took 5 rounds to get the invoice right. It took 3 attempts (so far) to get them delivered and installed. Lots of apologies, but no attempt at make goods. Still not resolved. Show details
