I usually have $350 annual clothing budget & most of my clothes comes from Jay Jays. They have awesome clothing sale, the best in the liverpool Westfield. During my shop at jay jays my toddler had pointed out she had wanted a shirt, that at a SouthPark i think or some cartoon on it but when i saw what it said i was disgusted it had stated: "W.T.F" sorry so saying such but language but on top of the disgusting language the price was $40.00! i can't believe it i left before she asked for something else.

Terrible store layout and terrible employee expectations! – Terrible! The layout is not shoppable at all!! Having the clothes go up to the roofs make it super difficult to shop. If an employee is busy with another customer no one wants to stand around and wait for them to be finished just to ask for a shirt or a pair of jeans down from the racks up near the roof! than Jayjays, they have a shoppable store where everything is reachable. This is a post Covid world where people want to be able to walk into a store, grab what they want without talking to anyone, pay and then walk out. Also whatever greeting protocols Jayjays has to constantly be in customers faces is actually part of the reason people will refuse to shop in their stores. A simple "Hi, how are you going?" will suffice, anything after that is in people's faces. Unless a customer asks for help with an item or something, just leave them to shop in peace!!!!

was going to buy some new clothing for my daughter but decided not due to this incident . I will not return to your store . Staff need to treat their customers and potential customers with respect .

Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful customer service – Tried to return a pair of jeans that didnt fit correctly and were faulty. Staff member questioned my 13yo daughter rudely “whats wrong with them?” And huffed and puffed during her efforts to refund her money. The staff member gave the impression she didnt want to be there, was most un polite and dismissive.

beautifulllll – I was served by a wonderful boy by the name of Ronan he was very!! useful and he is an amazing worker and he recommended amazing clothes specifically the demon slayer t-shirt and is an amazing employee all around be sure to give a raise!!!!!

What a rip off of a store!! – Wow!! What an absolute rip off of a store!!! The clothes are extremely overpriced for the quality. Although a great range of clothes, it’s such a shame. Always disappointed for overpriced garbage – I love the designs of their clothing, both for men and woman. I am however consistently let down by their quality. Every single time I buy something for myself or my husband, the finish is horrendous and the clothes only last a season, if that. I know they're all unsustainably made but there's no excuse. I'd dare say Kmart is better quality. At least you're getting what you pay for. They used to be better. 10+ years ago, their clothes would last forever. Now, there are loose threads, seams don't line up, jeans sag drastically and everything fails rapidly. Pathetic. They need to lower their prices if they're selling quality like this

Jay Jay's used to have the same item as somewhere else for easily $20 less, now they are $20 more, but the quality hasn't really changed

Review on licensed jumpers – I'm a big fan of the licensed clothing you guys have i think the selection especially for anime is really good. I would say to make the jumpers thicker as i feel the hoodies they sell are not the best quality/warm enough.

Forever waiting. Won't order anymore – If there's a negative star I would give them the lowest. I am really frustrated with the order I purchase online. It's taking forever. I hope this store will be bankcrupt and will shut down soon.

Waiting for order to arrive – I am so frustrated waiting for an order to arrive. They took my money and have send me 2 x emails saying the items are in ‘pretransit’ whatever that means… and 10 days later the items haven’t updated with the tracking. I am starting to think this is a dodgy company.

Double charged – ⁸I was double charged for my online order. I emailed them and got a reply saying I'll receive my refund in 1-3 days I then emailed again to be told they never recieved a double payment. I just want my money back
