Express postage if you can't deliver. Advertised normal free postage for similar delivery times. I won't buy from these amateurs again Lesson learnt. Do yourselves a favour and stay away, buy elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and policy. I bought a pair of New Balance runners where the inner seams at the heals have split open. After 4 months of OCCASIONAL wear. They refuse to replace them saying its wear and tear and not manufacturing. They did an 'investigation' to determine this without the shoes in their possession.… Read more

birthday. That’s why I paid the extra. They seem to be very slack with delivery. As I have ordered from them in the past. I should have gotten it through another store. At least their Express is really Express. If you ever need something fast. This isn’t the store to shop at.

Follow-up · Sizing was spot on. I didn't need to return anything so I couldn't comment about returns The shoes are very comfortable. When purchasing from JD at least you know you'll receive authentic products, not some cheap Chinese knock offs or sneakers that fall apart the first time you wear them because they've been in storage for 10 years I highly recommend

Sadly my item got ready for dispatch and was marked as “label created by sender”. JD Sport says it was collected by AusPost but they never marked it as collected. Maybe it never left the warehouse? Maybe AusPost lost it? I was told a refund was processed. 5 days later I chased the refund and was told it wasn’t processed but they have processed it now….lets see if I get my money back in the coming days.

They sent me the incorrect size and then tried to convince me that they had sent the correct size, despite me providing clear proof that they had not.I am very dissatisfied with both the service and the outcome. I had to use my own time to return the incorrect item in store to rectify an error that was entirely on their end. This has been extremely frustrating and an unnecessary inconvenience.
