I had one order which got cancelled and I wasn’t given any email about cancellation. Only one shoe arrived and that too came put to a womens shoe I had to go back to the store twice and it wasn’t just okay as I paid express shipping as well. Ended up paying more for whatever articles were left. Disappointed Show details

Great company but annoyed the hell out of me that they just go ahead and refund you for items that aren’t in stock but don’t tell you what items those are or even send you an email letting you know the items are out of stock and they will be processing a refund! Bit annoying when your depending on the items you’ve ordered and have also paid for express shipping!

Ordered Jordans online, they arrived tried them on, the did not fit, called JD Springfield they said their refund system is not working, few days later followed up same thing. I decided to go into the store and drop off the shoes, so when the system is up and running it can be processed. Followed up everyday still not working, called head office… Read more
they confirmed this can be processed by another store, called Springfield back advised them, the fact they did not know this was possible, then took my details confirmed with head office, processed 20mins later.
Lack of customer service, not familiar with refund procedures, time wasted.
Would not recommend and I will be going through alternative stores to purchase shoes!!!!
