refund has been provided. This is dishonest and unacceptable business practice and I expect my refund to be provided stat.

I’ll never shop here again – I ordered three items online to receive two emails saying two items were not available and I’d be refunded. asking for a review. So I gave one. They have moderated it and removed it from their system. It is a $10 overcharge so no not a huge amount but it would cost more in fuel for me to fix their issue… that I also helped them save a heck of a lot more since it was a problem with their in store stock pricing.

made by polyester and wool, they should be strong enough for daily wearing wrote to customer service and told as no faulty discovered, no other similar complaints made. I am not happy with the reply,I wonder in what circumstances , under how much external force ,the fabric would rip? I might not be product faulty, but it might be fabric faulty. I am not going to ask for return or money back, I just feel very confused.

everything I ordered did end up coming exactly two weeks after I made the purchase. Pretty happy with the clothing to be honest. But felt a bit annoyed not being kept in the loop like so many others have stated also.

Funnily enough, at the time I picked up my parcel from the post office - I received an email from them at literally the exact time haha - stating they're implement a new tracking system. Just putting the core of the message here to maybe to help others that have made online purchases.

"We sincerely apologise that you are yet to receive an update on your order, and for the delays experienced. Unfortunately, a number of orders were impacted by unexpected technical issues as we migrated to a new system, which has attributed to missing communication emails and delays. We acknowledge that there were a number of challenges during this transition process, and we are deeply sorry that this has had a negative impact for our online customers during this time. Please know, our teams have been working tirelessly to address these issues."

and

"Please note, tracking numbers may take longer than usual to appear in Aus Posts system as result of a manifest error. However, rest assured that your parcel has been sent and is on it's way to you. In the meantime, if you are still waiting on your order, we recommend checking with your local Post Office, just in case your parcel is sent there"

Be prepared to totally waste your money – If you’re thinking of purchasing anything from Jeanswest, look elsewhere. There is no customer service. All phone numbers are disconnected and it’s unlikely your email will be responded to. If they are, it takes at least a week and it’s totally vague and unhelpful. They don’t even care or refund if there’s a clear fault, like what?! No wonder all… Read more

their stores are closing down. Even if some of their products are alright, it doesn’t make up for the dreadful customer service. It’s such a joke.

Don't order online – Don't order online. They sent one item out of 6 and labeled the order shipped and completed. It wasn't until I sent multiple emails to customer support that I received a refund with no communication from customer support. From previous experience, the clothing has been of good quality, but they have a lot to learn when it comes to online purchasing and customer service.

IT glitch. I work in IT and I don't believe it. They said they are going to refund my mooney without knowing how much I paid. How come they can see how much I paid but they couldn't see my order. I replied back to them and said my order was gifts and if I want to order them again as full price it's going to be expensive for me. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything after that and they refunded my money. It is a shame I got this after 3 times follow up.

Terrible Customer Service – Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on 5th October 2024. Still have not received them. Called multiple stores and emailed the support team with no response. All they say is "sorry we have upgraded the system and we cant see your order as we don't have access". The store said that they woud email the support team and get back to me. No record of any corrospondence with anyone. Very disappointed with the way the whole matter has been handled.

eventually after 3 emails sent and explaining that they're experiencing high volume of queries. This will be my last order online. They are not trained professionally, would be nice to received an email saying that some of my orders are gone. I will be OK with that but not hearing for 7 days and chasing them it's appalling.

Edit: After contacting Fair Trading, they have (a) magically shipped my order and (b) given me the same tripe that others have also posted that they have “migrated to a new system”, which has apparently been their excuse for three months. Perhaps, if this is true, they ought to test their systems before implementing them live. Just a tip from an old IT professional.

store . I’m a long term member of Product Review so currently kicking myself and also wondering why after reading so many poor reviews they haven’t been shut down . Looks like this issue has been going on for a very long time . We have ACCC allowed JeansWest to continue ripping customers off , what a joke . regarding the delay and advising me that store staff don't have access to online orders and if I have any questions or concerns about my online order to email their customer service team. What a joke! They don't reply. There is absolutely no way of contacting them. It's been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received a refund and unable to contact them.

local store 3 times. These were the shop assistants who told me to order on-line. Now they are saying nothing can be done and I just have to wait. The store will not reimburse my cost or provide another product of same valve. I do not know what Aussies do, but I'm going to take JW to task. NZ Jeanswest company registered to law firm in Auckland. 5 Directors all living in Australia or Hongkong. The cost of taking them to Court is just about what I have lost in my purchase, but F*&^ it. Crap service – I ordered 4 items (3 jeans, 1 shirt) on 29/4/24 and received order confirmation. Money came out of my account same day. Never received shipping details - paid for express post. Have emailed twice, only auto response. Tried calling the 1800 number - not connected. Tried calling head office number - not connected. Have ordered Jeanswest online many times before and always had great and fast service. Disgusting service.

Bad experience with Online Store – Placed order on 29/4 and never received an order confirmation. Emailed them a few days later wanting confirmation of order in the meantime payment had been processed, still no confirmation over 2 weeks later. Tried phoning, call was not connecting. Certainly not the Jeanswest I remember.
