Comfy jeans – I feel comfortable and relaxed in my jeans however the fly doesn't lock on top. So be aware of this.

Has not made a commitment towards paying a livable wage – Unethical company, did some research about ethical companies and discovered jeans west is one of the worst

it would look good on anyone. I hope eventually they go back to the well fitting, flattering and more younger style they used to have. Sometimes it’s better just to be more universally flattering then try and follow the current trend which only looks good on a very small percentage of people.

Same size don’t match – Brought 2 pairs of the same fit and size. One pair fit and the other are too big. Have exchanged twice still two big. Return third time wouldn’t replace as l had worn them due to being away had no choice, couldn’t wear them out for dinner with tags on them. I am not made of money. had material rub off in thigh area or zip never broke once, they look different too you can feel the cheap lite zipper. I am annoyed at having to travel to replace these and having the dam embarrassment of them breaking in public!! Your jeans suck now!!

Jeanswest at Westfield Coomera – Both my husband and I love Jeanswest and only purchase our jeans there. Coomera Westfield ladies are so helpful when we are choosing the jeans that fit and feel so comfortable to wear. additional 2 pairs in different colours. When I got home they were too small too!

Upshot was I took all the jeans back today. That’s when I found out that one previous pair was incorrectly labelled. Then manager found an even better size fitting for me. She even replaced the first pair which were too small.

So I ended up with four pairs that fit me!!

Will I return to that shop? Absolutely!!

Good customer service is smart customer service. Win-Win.

What a shame that Jeanswest has gone the way of so many other stores – I used to absolutely adore Jeanswest. It was the only store I could walk into and guarantee that I'd see at least 5 items I HAD to have. Lovely tops and cool designs. now because the clothes are the same as many others stores, like The Warehouse. Cheaply made, not nice fabrics and nothing I like. What happened Jeanswest? I wish you'd revert to the quality you had around 2014-2015.
