Hi Jay, there is no information in the problem solving that addresses the problem that the motor doesn’t shut down when the trigger is released.It would be appreciated if you talk to a technician and provide me with an answer, would a new pump head fix the problem ? Unfortunately there is no parts list available for the guts of the machine and there are no Jet USA pressure washer service people in Tasmania. I have enough mechanical knowledge to repair it myself if I know what part is required.

Hi Jay, Thank you for your question! There is no particular changing of any settings to have a "low pressure" you will simply need to fill up the detergent into the tank and change the nozzle on the gun to the black "detergent" nozzle.

Stephen. Mine is fitted with a standard 10a plug. the label shows 240v but no current rating. I just done a current load test and it shows 9.5 amps so a standard 10a socket is fine. Not sure what happened but when using the cleaner recently it started to pulse on a off quickly so I shut it down, I just tried it today and it seems OK. I hope it is as I've hardly used it and it's out of warranty.
