Do not use this company. I ordered a ring which took weeks to arrive. The size was to big, I have tried to contact the company to return and I am getting no response. I am having to go through the bank to get my money back.

Avoid Jeulia! Instead, when the refund finally hit my account it was £45 short. I’ve emailed them multiple times (with order number and screenshots) chasing the missing money and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. Not a single reply. Radio silence.

This is the kind of dodgy experience that makes you regret ever shopping online. Feels like they’re happy to take your money but not so keen on giving it back properly. Really poor after-sales service and I wouldn’t trust them again. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for jewellery.

Never again.

My boyfriend gifted me this Jeulia ring for my birthday.. Not even a day old and the band underneath started to tarnish and discolour. Honestly it's not worth the amount you spend. This is the second time I have had issues with Jeulia jewellery. Fake and cheaply made!!!!!! Scammers that just want your money!

No refund, did not receive order – I placed an order for a ring and chose a stone (required). I then saw some reviews online for the company so I canceled my order. They said because I had selected a stone that the item was now “customised” and could not be refunded. I did not receive my order or a refund.

They will do EVERYTHING to avoid returning your money or replacing or repairing their products. They don't honour their alleged one year warranty, and won't repair or refund cheap quality rubbish that is broken on arrival. Don't care at all about consumer law or their customers. SCAMMERS.

I am writing to formally request an immediate full refund for my recent order, due to significant issues with the product and the overall handling of my purchase.

This ring was intended to be an engagement ring for my partner, and the experience from start to finish has been unacceptable.

Product Issues

The item arrived without the requested engraving “My Uniguine”, which was clearly included in my order and confirmed.

The ring received is not consistent with the marketing images or quality represented on your website. The disparity between the advertised product and the actual item is substantial and extremely disappointing.

Service Issues

The delivery process involved repeated and unnecessary delays despite me providing the correct shipping address early on.

I have spent an unreasonable amount of time tracking this package down due to errors on your end.

Given these circumstances, your proposed 35% restocking fee is entirely unacceptable. It is not appropriate to charge a restocking fee when the product delivered was incorrect and misrepresented.

Under consumer protection principles, a customer is entitled to a full refund when a product is not as described or arrives incorrect. This situation clearly meets both criteria.

Therefore, I am requesting:

1. A full refund with no restocking fee,

2. Clear return instructions, including the correct return address,

3. Confirmation of what documentation is required so I can return the ring promptly.

I expect this matter to be resolved quickly given the circumstances.

I had purchased a ring and as I do with all new websites, I use a dummy mobile number as email works just fine for me to keep track and everyone is contactable this way too. this in case they need to contact me. Now I have been online shopping for over 20 years and have never had an issue that required my contact number. So I asked them how they knew the number I gave them wasn't valid as the item hasn't been shipped so no courier has had to contact me and they refused to answer. When I said that was the only number I was providing so they either needed to ship it or cancel the order they tried to tell me that cancelling causes a 30% fee. I explained that as per Australia consumer laws etc. that is not correct and they also didn't reply to any of this. To cut a long story short, I contacted PayPal for a resolution and got my money back. Basically they are a Chinese company who sells your contact number and this is why 9 times out of 10 I don't give my real number as I end up with a tone of fraudulent and scam calls.

battery. The watch did not start telling time. The new watch was inert, dead. The false advert and lying customer service said that 'each watch is tested before it's sold'. My watch was not factory-tested by anyone because it was defective and shipped knowingly. So I emailed customer service who told me to take it to a local watch fixer which does not honor the original company's one - year guarantee. I wanted to return my paid-for $400.00 watch for a refund, but the company would not pay for return shipping or refund shipping. I have paid in full for a $400.00 scam defective watch. It's my fault because I trusted the company's false Internet advertising and its assocation with Trustpilot who also are questionablely untrusworthly. After a week of continued dissatisfaction, and emailing, I took my watch to a Watch repair person. He replaced a defective battery and charged me $24.00 to immediately change my watch battery. So now the watch tells me hourly time. It's bad Internet business practice to scam customers and lie to trusting people about the watch function. There was no pre-shipping review of the single uncomplicated battery, because the battery was defective when I paid for it and it was shopped knowling defective to the USA, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with Jeulia,Hong Kong-China watch product, its quality -control prior to shipping and especially after accepting my full $400.00 payment; plus the disregard for their USA customer and expecting a local watch vendor to fix their new watch product known error.This Hong Kong based company sold their watch falsely in bad faith and accepted my payment in full without their fair, appropriate and couteous truthful advertising and followup customer service. Stonewalled – I have also been disappointed at the lack of communication and stonewalling when trying to return my ring, which was way too large. I get the same answer each time I ask for help, but it just takes me back around to my problem. There is no order recorded in my account and I need this to be able to action a return. literally within 10 mins of unsubscribing. Not only are the reviews terrible but they also appear to selling user data to criminals, so if you do create an account with their website use a unique password and block all communications from them. Also remove any addresses you have stored. And avoid this terrible company at all costs!

so I had something to give her on the day. At this point I told Jeulia I wanted a refund and was told: "For the item you ordered with moissanite stones customized, there will be a 35% restocking fee deducted from the refund if return it, and for the return, the customer needs to pay to send it back", so it wasn't worth it for me to do so. Anyway the item finally arrived in January and if I didn't know better I would think it was ordered for a child, the pendant was so small. Oh well, learnt my lesson and I won't be buying jewellery online any more.

Terrible!!! Don’t do it – Got my ring and after wearing for not even a week the plating was falling off. It was crap quality. Requested a refund and were terrible to deal with. Obvious AI usage in emails. Mailed the ring back at own expense and refused to give refund. Left negative reviews everywhere and finally got a response from them. Absolutely appalling to deal with. Don’t waste you money or time of their crap.

demanded they listen and return my money, I had to pay my own express shipping costs from Australia to China, along with a list of demands on their end to meet their requirements. Customer service was despicable. Refund made near impossible. Product was terrible. Do not buy from this site unless you like throwing your money at people who play you for a sucker.
