Tim and his family were amazing. Responded immediately to the quote request and was very competitive with other quotes I received. They did our carpets, tiles and grout, and sofas. Worked extremely hard for 5 hours (even during a storm!) and the results were fantastic. Highly recommend.

well as I watched Sohan working with the steam cleaning wand, this horrible stain was completely removed and I was in complete amazement - there's not even a shadow of a stain. Over my loungeroom particularly, there were several stains and there's absolutely nothing to ever really say there was ever any stains, except for an extremely faint shadow in some place - regardless, my carpets are 1000% better than than they were. The service was professional, puntcual and efficient. The carpet was cleaned effectively and all small stains removed. I was happy with the service and the friendly knowledgeable operator. The price was reasonable.
Follow-up · I cleared the rooms, so no furniture had to be moved. The time taken for the four bedrooms was just under an 1 hour. Not sure he had a number of spray bottles.

pointed to the flowerbed. The water contained chemicals which I was not happy about. Two days later I am able to walk on the carpets as they are sufficiently dry and notice they had damaged a brand new lamp.
I called them and got Michaela who was not having any of it. “Do you have a video of us damaging your lamp” was her reply. She later communicated in retrospect and said that they had not put the dirty water with chemical in the flower bed. I just don’t believe them.
Michaela stated that she had come all the way from St Helens as if she was doing me a favour. The quote was steep which included their travel.
I will never use them again. They were very unpleasant to deal with.

water was literally pouring out of the cleaning rod onto the lounge and rug underneath. It was flowing as it would out of a faucet. I witnessed the entire process. The water went into the cushions and lounge and was not sucked out. - After the 'cleaning' appeared to be completed, I asked about the excess water and the cleaner told me it was normal for water to come out and that the suction works fine (gave a demonstration of the suction hose). He told me it would all be dry in 5-6 hours. I have the windows/doors open, air con on, fan blowing at the lounge cushions, turned the cushions dutifully, and everything is just as wet as when he left 4 hours ago. Including the rug. I did not ask for rug cleaning, but my rug is sopping wet. - The cleaner then proceeded to spray a perfume on the lounge to make it smell better. Sorry, but it didn't smell before it was cleaned. We didn't have stains, don't eat on the lounge, and don't have dogs. Result: I am disgusted. I did so much research on steam cleaning and if it is done properly, upholstery should be damp but not soaking wet. This is not what I received. My lounge and rug are soaking wet and by the smell that came out of the machine, who knows if it is cleaner than when they started. Commentary: When my guests arrive tomorrow, I have no doubt that I will have to tell them that the only sitting area in our small apartment cannot be used due to it being wet.

couldn't find the key. The didn't try to contact me as they "didn't want to bother me". I asked them to come back the next day first thing as i was having my power disconnected and when i proposed a time the gentlemen laughed at me. We agreed on a new date and time and again they did not show up with no communication to why. I called and they advise the machine was loud and they didn't want to use it early morning. Why tell me you can come at 7am then? Poor communication, laughing and blaming the client when i followed your owners instructions - will never be using or recommending this business ever again.

Kevin Kang was prompt with the initial phone call to book the appointment. He was accommodating when we had to reschedule due to problems with other tradesmen. The carpet was cleaned to a high standard, even being able to eliminate most of the indentations caused by years of furniture being in the same spot.
