I ordered a custom size dress and it did not fit when I received it. I was told the sleeves and upper bodice were changed due to the proportion size of the dress. but that didn't cover the other alteration I had to make a another tailor. The tailor was baffled as to why JJ's made changes to the dress if I hadn't requested anything but the hem to be shortened and the chest to be smaller. Very disappointing to say the least.

emails to JJs requesting changes to the top and pants and they are accommodating me with those changes. I feel confident I will have an outfit I will be super proud to wear. Fabric is exceptional, quality is exceptional Sizing is on the small side.

I was worried that my measurements werent going to be accurate but the dress is just right! I was surprised at how heavy the dress is because the fabric is good quality. The satin does not have a lot of sheen to it but it looks great. My daughter loves it and my soon to be daighter-in-law is very happy. I found the website quite easy to navigate. There is a very big range of products to choose from. I purchased a chiffon dress. The quality was very good but the size was small. I sent it back for a refund and they were very prompt in refunding me my money no problems. I will purchase again from this supplier. Show reply

The dresses are wonderful, the sizing is great. The shipping lets them down. We ordered to 2 dresses at 2 different times. One we did standard delivery and from the time they notified us it had been shipped to the time it arrived was 7 days. it arrived was 11 days! That makes no sense. I understand dresses take different amounts of times to make and I have no issues with that but I do expect faster shipping when I pay extra for it!

They were ignoring me; however, I gave them the opportunity to fix this before I posted my review. At first they appeared that they wanted to assist, and then I again got the same poor excuses and then fresh air. If people want to trade in Australia then they have to followed the Australian Consumer Law. Their policies and procedures do not supersede the law.

Excellent try on service and amazing quality dresses for 10% of the price of the designer options. I only returned my try on dress because I need some customised sizing (which is also included in the prices of their dresses). Despite paying extra for expedited shipping and leaving sufficient time for the order to arrive, the product did not arrived when promised and has still on arrived several days later. My girls dresses and shoes have not arrived in time for a family wedding this weekend. I paid full price plus for these and now won’t have any use. When I enquired about the failure to deliver I was offered a 10% off voucher for a next shop. Very dissatisfied.

I purchased a dress for my grandsons wedding and 2 shawls to see which one would look better with my dress. Brilliant they both look great. The quality of the shawls is fantastic the faux fur looks like the real thing whilst the faux cashmere is like the real deal. The dress is elegant and flattering. Very disappointed in the sewing of the dress . A topstitch on chiffon hem had a big loop in it, large enough to be caught on something. I had to sew this in. Also the dress has a chiffon wide tie which at the end when the edges meet , one side is too long showing the raw edge. Also happened on the underarm seams. It was more wrinkly than it should have been. If it was, very poor packaging. The dress does look beautiful and sit nicely when on , unfortunately the above comments let JJ House reputation down.
