Some jobs posted in Job Leads Contain names of companies. When I called the companies on 2 separate jobs now, the jobs dnt exist. And some jobs are 3xpired but posted. Is this a way to attract customers and catch them to subscribe? There are so many complaints regarding cancelation of subscriptions. Sad to operate like a rogue. Go d review jobs in Job Leads and the proof is there. 1 star is too much.

This is unfair, unprofessional, and disappointing. I would not trust JobLeads with payments or personal information. Very misleading and unreliable company.

JobLeads will trick you into several free days of service and then NOT remind you to cancel. I requested they cancel my subscription within minutes of their charging me. This was BEFORE receiving any additional services. They basically responded with "that's tough" you lose. This is UNETHICAL practice. I do not want their continued service. I asked for refund immediately. They refused immediately. For not service provided. Stay away from JobLeads

I saw many bad reviews here and was regret not to read them earlier. You are right, each 1 or 2 weeks joblead sent me 2 jobs which are not relevant to my need, even for other countries. I faced the same issues of monthly charge when they did not have any remind before trial ending. Cheating!

They charged me 3 dollars for a free trial, which I didnt realize would charge me 75 dollars after 2 weeks, then I requested a refund shortly after this occurred and was denied.

charge was deducted from my personal savings while I am unemployed. The service may work for others, but users should be very careful with the trial, as there is no renewal reminder before billing.

TOTAL SCAM! This is a scraping website. They scrape old jobs, advertise them as current, then redo your resume with AI into over-the-top flowery cr#p, and try to make you pay to download it.. (Hello, we have canva for that, for free). I hate that they are picking on vulnerable people looking for a job.

However, I never received that refund at all. I checked my bank accounts multiple times over several days, and nothing was ever processed. When a company says a refund is issued and it never arrives, it raises serious trust concerns. The service itself also offered no real value. The jobs shown to me were public listings available for free elsewhere, and nothing about the platform justified the subscription price. For something marketed as a premium job-matching service, it failed completely to deliver anything meaningful. They are a scam! Agree with the reviews that say that they do not assist with Australia at all. I have repeatedly tried to cancel and they ahve charged me despite this. I have had to cancel my card in order to stop the charges.

Beware, they automatically charge you an absurd sum compared to the value they provide once you’re past their trial period. It’s all written in tiny fonts with unclear language so nobody would notice.

“money-back guarantee” is useless unless you cancel during the trial — even if they charge you after they confirm your account is closed.

This is a clear case of predatory billing. Terrible customer service and no integrity. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company — they’ll take your money whether you use the service or not

Big time scammer! At first I thought I was the only one who got scammed! However, a number of people also got scammed as can be witnessed by the review in ProductReview.com.au. I had cancelled my 14 days free trial before the 14 days expiry date and yet they still process payments through my credit card. Before the expiry date I have cancelled and remove my credit card details and I just wonder how they can bill me through my credit card!

For a service that promotes itself as a premium job platform, I expected at least basic support and functioning features. Unfortunately, I received neither. I would advise others to be very cautious before subscribing.

This company will spam your email incessantly. I have unsubscribed 8 times and each time they send me more mails from a different account. I contacted their support, contacted them on linkedin and they still spam me daily, 2-3 times per day with ‘offers’. Terrible practice and absolutely annoying. They have no regard for GDPR rules around unsubscribing or respecting privacy laws. They ‘offer’ jobs but then ask for payment to access the job….

Stay away from this company. I did a trial for $4.99 and then they took an automatic payment out of my account for $79. I had know idea they where going to do this. Total scammers. I've cancelled payment and doubt I would get the money back.

contract that I never know until I have lodged a dispute. Clearly that contract was a made up one. I didn’t get a job and there was no jobs on their ads after I signed up. Now, I have contacted my bank to cancel my card and also notified them for a fraud. Never ever trust overseas company, they are scammer!

Complete Scam and I believe they are affiliated with TopResume as they have the same address. After I paid TopResume for a service Jobleads took the same amount from my credit card. TopResume gave me their email address to complain. Interesting that they had Jobleads email address. Don't trust either companies.

Poor product and service – Absolutely terrible product and service. I suggest you write to the federal ombudsman and ensure these people dont scam anyone else.

Scam do not engage them – A scam. They sign you up, then take your money even though you have cancelled it. $79 a month. Do not do it. I need to call the bank to stop them from doing this.

Nightmare – Website looks good but is run by algorithms to save costs. Consequently failed to pick up critical facts in my CV, generating a rubbish review which just as quickly disappeared and suggested my original CV had not uploaded properly (which it had). Complaints direct you to a Helpdesk which does not help at all.

Disgusting company – Abysmal company who clearly pay people for good reviews. Paid €2,99 for the trail (I cancelled the subscription at the same time) and they still charged me €70 a few weeks later even though I was sent an email saying the subscription had been cancelled.
