Some jobs posted in Job Leads Contain names of companies. When I called the companies on 2 separate jobs now, the jobs dnt exist. And some jobs are 3xpired but posted. Is this a way to attract customers and catch them to subscribe? There are so many complaints regarding cancelation of subscriptions. Sad to operate like a rogue. Go d review jobs in Job Leads and the proof is there. 1 star is too much.
I am disappointed with my experience using this service. I initially signed up for a short trial to use their CV features, but I was later charged $69.90 for a subscription that I did not intend to continue. In my opinion, the subscription terms and auto-renewal process were not clearly communicated, and I did not receive a clear reminder before… Read more
the charge was made. This caused unexpected financial inconvenience.
I have contacted customer support and requested a refund, and I hope they will resolve this matter fairly and professionally.
I would recommend that new users carefully review the subscription and cancellation terms before signing up.
I signed up for a trial with JobLeads, but without clear consent, I was automatically charged €69.90 for a full subscription. I cancelled immediately and requested a refund, but they refused so far, despite me never using the service. Their billing terms are unclear, hidden, and misleading, and their customer support was unhelpful and evasive.… Read more
This is unfair, unprofessional, and disappointing. I would not trust JobLeads with payments or personal information. Very misleading and unreliable company.

I got scammed too. I tried to cancel my trial and couldn't and still can't access my account settings or reset my password even though I logged in via LinkedIn. I still can't do it now either. They say they have cancelled my account and subscription but I an not sure about that. It seems like many people have been taking for a ride. I have attached my email conversation with them so far. I’m applying for a job on SEEK and Jobleads is preventing this! It’s annoying as I don’t need to pay for a resume nor will I pay to apply for a job!
I had a very disappointing experience with JobLeads. They charged me for a premium membership, yet I was never able to access the platform as a premium member. Every time I logged in using the same email, the website kept asking me to upgrade to a premium membership—despite the fact that they had already deducted the payment. On top of that, they… Read more
never sent me a friendly reminder about the renewal, which would have allowed me to make an informed decision. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend JobLeads to anyone looking for a trustworthy job search platform.
Jobleeds.com - Waste of Money and Time - Avoid! – Jobleeds.com - Waste of Money and Time - Avoid! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Jobleeds.com. Their services are, frankly, useless. I signed up hoping for assistance with job searching and CV writing, but the reality was far from the advertised promises. The job listings were either outdated, irrelevant, or already… Read more
filled, rendering the job search functionality completely worthless. The CV writing "help" offered was equally disappointing – generic templates and little to no personalized support.
To make matters worse, cancelling my subscription proved to be an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating ordeal. The cancellation process is deliberately convoluted and designed to prolong the subscription, forcing users to jump through multiple hoops and spend significant time trying to unsubscribe. I suspect this is a deliberate tactic to maximize profits at the expense of frustrated customers.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Jobleeds.com to think twice. The advertised services are not only ineffective but the company actively makes it difficult to discontinue your service. Save your money and time; there are far better job search resources and CV writing services available. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend Jobleeds.com to anyone

Do not use this company! They do not assist at all! I joined and realized it was not beneficial for Australia at all, and could not figure out online how to cancel my membership online. So I emailed them on 10SEP to cancel my membership and they still charged me on 22SEP.
Follow-up · It was 1 months, but after 1 weeks, when I realised I was not getting any benefit in Australia, I sent an email to cancel my subscription after the free trial period. Then they charged the 2nd month and I followed up again attaching emial I has sent, from memory I had to folow upo again 2 further times, and we were approaching the third month and… Read more

JobLeads will trick you into several free days of service and then NOT remind you to cancel. I requested they cancel my subscription within minutes of their charging me. This was BEFORE receiving any additional services. They basically responded with "that's tough" you lose. This is UNETHICAL practice. I do not want their continued service. I asked for refund immediately. They refused immediately. For not service provided. Stay away from JobLeads
I saw many bad reviews here and was regret not to read them earlier. You are right, each 1 or 2 weeks joblead sent me 2 jobs which are not relevant to my need, even for other countries. I faced the same issues of monthly charge when they did not have any remind before trial ending. Cheating!
They charged me 3 dollars for a free trial, which I didnt realize would charge me 75 dollars after 2 weeks, then I requested a refund shortly after this occurred and was denied.
I signed up for a JobLeads Premium trial, but the account automatically renewed and charged me without any reminder or advance notice. I did not receive an email or alert warning that the trial was ending. When I contacted customer support immediately, they refused a refund and cited terms and conditions, despite the lack of transparency. The… Read more
charge was deducted from my personal savings while I am unemployed. The service may work for others, but users should be very careful with the trial, as there is no renewal reminder before billing.

TOTAL SCAM! This is a scraping website. They scrape old jobs, advertise them as current, then redo your resume with AI into over-the-top flowery cr#p, and try to make you pay to download it.. (Hello, we have canva for that, for free). I hate that they are picking on vulnerable people looking for a job.
My experience with JobLeads has been extremely disappointing and feels very misleading. I barely used the service, only logged in a couple of times yet my subscription renewed automatically for $79 without any warning that felt clear or obvious. When I reached out immediately after the charge, they refused a full refund and claimed they will issue… Read more
a “50% goodwill refund.”
However, I never received that refund at all. I checked my bank accounts multiple times over several days, and nothing was ever processed. When a company says a refund is issued and it never arrives, it raises serious trust concerns. The service itself also offered no real value. The jobs shown to me were public listings available for free elsewhere, and nothing about the platform justified the subscription price. For something marketed as a premium job-matching service, it failed completely to deliver anything meaningful. Between: • Lack of value • Automatic renewal with no flexibility • Refusal to offer a full refund despite almost zero usage • Claiming to issue a refund that never appeared • Unhelpful customer service
This was a very frustrating and negative experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service. Be extremely careful with the subscription terms, because from my experience, JobLeads does not operate with transparency or customer care.
When you attempt to apply for a job, it pops up a screen saying premium access needed, and offers it for $4.99 for 14 days access. You select this, next screen shows total: $4.99 and shows the checkout options. Only if you scroll all the way down past the card information section will you see in tiny writing the catch: after 14 days you are… Read more
automatically enrolled in a $79/month membership. Don't try to get a refund for this: they will simply act innocent as though they are not aware they trick vast numbers of people, and deny your request.
They are a scam! Agree with the reviews that say that they do not assist with Australia at all. I have repeatedly tried to cancel and they ahve charged me despite this. I have had to cancel my card in order to stop the charges.
Beware, they automatically charge you an absurd sum compared to the value they provide once you’re past their trial period. It’s all written in tiny fonts with unclear language so nobody would notice.
signed up for a 14-day trial and cancelled my subscription before the paid period even began. I received two confirmation emails showing my membership was cancelled, but JobLeads still charged me after cancellation. When I contacted support with proof, they ignored the dates and hid behind fine print, refusing to issue a refund. Their so-called… Read more
“money-back guarantee” is useless unless you cancel during the trial — even if they charge you after they confirm your account is closed.
This is a clear case of predatory billing. Terrible customer service and no integrity. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company — they’ll take your money whether you use the service or not
AVOID. If you sign up with them you will regret it. They will steal your money and give you stress. Multitude of 1 star reviews are for good reason YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Big time scammer! At first I thought I was the only one who got scammed! However, a number of people also got scammed as can be witnessed by the review in ProductReview.com.au. I had cancelled my 14 days free trial before the 14 days expiry date and yet they still process payments through my credit card. Before the expiry date I have cancelled and remove my credit card details and I just wonder how they can bill me through my credit card!
I signed up for the trial hoping to explore better job opportunities, but my experience with JobLeads was extremely disappointing. After the trial, I was charged €70/month without any clear reminder or added value in return. The platform’s suggested job links often didn’t work or led to expired listings with misleading salary information. I… Read more
reached out to their team via email for support and clarification, but never received a response. My only communication with them came when I requested a refund — which was firmly denied.
For a service that promotes itself as a premium job platform, I expected at least basic support and functioning features. Unfortunately, I received neither. I would advise others to be very cautious before subscribing.

This company will spam your email incessantly. I have unsubscribed 8 times and each time they send me more mails from a different account. I contacted their support, contacted them on linkedin and they still spam me daily, 2-3 times per day with ‘offers’. Terrible practice and absolutely annoying. They have no regard for GDPR rules around unsubscribing or respecting privacy laws. They ‘offer’ jobs but then ask for payment to access the job….
Stay away from this company. I did a trial for $4.99 and then they took an automatic payment out of my account for $79. I had know idea they where going to do this. Total scammers. I've cancelled payment and doubt I would get the money back.
I’ve got scammed by them. Same story with everyone, I made myself to sign up on they trial that I believe I only need to pay $4.99 and on top of that it also charged me international transaction fee. Anyway, what has schocked me was it deducted my account automatically, charged me $79. I have requested a refund but they rejected and even send me a… Read more
contract that I never know until I have lodged a dispute. Clearly that contract was a made up one. I didn’t get a job and there was no jobs on their ads after I signed up. Now, I have contacted my bank to cancel my card and also notified them for a fraud. Never ever trust overseas company, they are scammer!
Complete Scam and I believe they are affiliated with TopResume as they have the same address. After I paid TopResume for a service Jobleads took the same amount from my credit card. TopResume gave me their email address to complain. Interesting that they had Jobleads email address. Don't trust either companies.
Poor product and service – Absolutely terrible product and service. I suggest you write to the federal ombudsman and ensure these people dont scam anyone else.
Scam do not engage them – A scam. They sign you up, then take your money even though you have cancelled it. $79 a month. Do not do it. I need to call the bank to stop them from doing this.
Nightmare – Website looks good but is run by algorithms to save costs. Consequently failed to pick up critical facts in my CV, generating a rubbish review which just as quickly disappeared and suggested my original CV had not uploaded properly (which it had). Complaints direct you to a Helpdesk which does not help at all.
Disgusting company – Abysmal company who clearly pay people for good reviews. Paid €2,99 for the trail (I cancelled the subscription at the same time) and they still charged me €70 a few weeks later even though I was sent an email saying the subscription had been cancelled. They wont give a refund. Stay away from these money grabbing [Content Removed]
