The diamond took a few weeks to arrive but Jogia Diamonds sent their full cut report, photographs and ideal scope the same day. The Ideal Scope was really what I was after and one of the big reasons I wanted to buy from Jogia Diamonds. I only dealt once with someone other than Yogesh, right when I needed to pay the balance of the diamond. This person wasn't as friendly or helpful as Yogesh. The diamond arrived the following day after paying.

Really couldn't be happier, was a bit nervous paying that much for a diamond I hadn't seen but Yogesh is a gentleman and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Happily recommend Jogia Diamonds to anyone looking.

Nikhil. Yogesh is extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and educated me a lot about what to look out for. We had several discussions and he was very helpful in suggesting diamonds that met the criteria I was looking for, and also within my price range. Yogesh was happy to send me the diamond on its own (fully insured) for me to inspect and get a second opinion on before sending back (express courier postage costs also covered by them). After satisfied with the diamond, we proceeded to design the ring and they provided CAD images so you could visualise the design before they manufacture (this is excellent quality too!). The ring arrived in a beautiful wooden box too. I also had them design and manufacture my wedding ring with the same batch of rose gold. I really did appreciate the extensive time Yogesh spent educating me on diamonds and also Nikhil's recommendation re. the width of the wedding ring to match perfectly the width of the engagement ring band (so as to not overshadow the main diamond). The payment and order process online is very good and the website is excellent. I do also think that Jogia has excellent value for money - the quality of the diamonds is exquisite (all with certified GIA certificates) and i did A LOT of research at very reputable and high end jewellers throughout Brisbane. The price is exceptional for this quality and you won't be able to find better for this quality. They also have a great option where i can upgrade my diamond down the track and i get a credit for the exact value that i paid for the diamond (this is often not the case - but to be honest i will never return it, so happy with it). I was. I was unimpressed and politely informed the young lady who finally deigned to serve us. Alarm bells were ringing but the price savings spurred me on, and after a lacklustre appointment, the order was placed. My fiance communicated once via email with Jogia and received a one word reply, which didn't answer the question asked. So another polite lesson in customer service was given. Five weeks later, the courier delivered the ring to the wrong address, despite being given a name and landline number to call when at the building. Yes, the courier had left the ring with a stranger and never called the number given. My fiance was frantic trying to locate the ring. Finally the courier driver was located and redelivered the ring to the correct address. The ring is OK but I am underwhelmed by the final product as the band is too thin and the twisted vine design isn't obvious. I intend to redo it (not at Jogia) when funds are available.

They are also the only jeweller which I came across that could provide me with detailed diamond analysis and light performance data which gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable and I would've had to spend much more money to buy a diamond of a similar quality and size if I went to a local jeweller in Melbourne.

very helpful with the ring design after several design changes he was very accomodating.

The pricing is as very reasonable and transparent.

Not being in Perth I was hesitant on buying interstate but their communication was we assuring. The ring was sent via registered post which required a signature on arrival.

I had the ring checked on arrival through a certified valuer who agreed with all the paperwork provided by Jogia Diamonds.

I will be in touch for future purchases and will recommend Jogia Diamonds to family and friends.

told to select the centre diamond, but every time I selected one advertised on their website I was told it was sold (which begs the question why it is still listed?). When I finally selected one that was available I was contacted and asked specifics about the setting. When I finally thought I was going to get a quote... Nothing. Even if I do get the quote now, I'm sure the diamond I selected has now been sold and the whole process will have to start again.

I decided to get a quote through Jogia and if the quote was reasonable I would go ahead with the order. However considering they don't appear to want a sale, I've taken my business elsewhere.

I found the reviews on here favourable hence what I chose Jogia but I have not had a great experience so I would not recommend them at all. Easy to navigate website, option of contacting through email Too slow, diamonds listed on website that aren't available anymore, too much stuffing around to get a simple answer.

Its good except the customer service – I was choosing between a local website or an international one which is the no1. online diamond seller called bluenile. I decided to go local as the price on bluenile was cheaper but a 10-15% import tax apply which in the end makes it just as much. So far, so good. The tracking system is a bonus and the degree of honesty when dealing on the internet was to a good level. The customer service can be seen as rude. The owner rarely greets you and worst, he cuts the phone on you letting you wonder if the phone conversation has ended or maybe it is still going. I had that many times and once, he was a bit annoyed when I tried to find clarification for a credit card fee.
