Good service but slow. However, this was because the insurance company was slow to process the claim. Worked well either David Murphy. Contractors work was ok but not perfect. All ok.
Great job guys
Swift response time, polite trades, worked quickly and got the job completely right.
They did a neat job working from the outside of the building instead of breaking the internal wall.
Assessor was efficient, courteous. Company chosen to do repairs were a long way away and tried to do less than the assessor had calculated.
This caused a great deal of stress.

The event was long and drawn out by lack of craftsmen which was no fault of anyone’s. It made our lives very difficult and upending. We lived in a mess for thee months or more but this past weekend we finally got the last piece of the puzzle our furniture so now it is complete and I am very happy with the out come. The tradesmen were polite, helpful & very friendly.
Fix of Storm Damage
Work was done in orderly fashion and very quick. Our safety was their primary concern that they temporarily secured the falling ceiling first. Then, another person made an inspection for a quote and followed by the repair job and finishing. Great job by JLG.

Flexible and well Managed
We had Josh G from the Adelaide branch, extensive repairs to our house went very smoothly, any minor issues were quickly rectified. Trades used were responsive during a very busy time.
Building works carried out as per schedule and to an excellent standard but what I appreciated the most was the regular communication which kept me informed throughout the process. Texts were answered straight away and questions promptly answered.

you supplied an inferior product and not like for like and you need to fix this problem as soon as possible as i will not accept the product you installed

I am happy with the standard of the finish and the use of higher quality products.
Impressed with communication from Ryan Tester, regular phone calls, kept me up to date with trades and process. Trades also communicative and efficient and did a great job. The only negative was it took 3 months to finalise everything.
Terrible communication & service
Engaged through insurance company. Took months for work to be complete & had to chase for updates. Very frustrating & in the end the work was of poor standard. Would not recommend.
High water and power bills.
First of all i didn't pick your coy Woolworths did. Secondly your engineer was very professional, the only fault was when he came out to inspect the site about the19/11/20 there was no time frame so we had to wait for 3-4 months to complete the task.
Prior to completion a Plummer came out and installed a temporary electric h2o heater on the roof because the solar panels were damaged in the storm, the heater was very small and it leaked 24/7 so the water bill was very high and the power bill increased by nearly 100%, other than that everyt...

Why does it take 5 or so weeks for a variation to be approved ,when the local rep in Townsville had sent it to management so long ago..This is now the second time this has happened in our rebuild ,and is keeping us out of our house unnessaryily,and costing the insurance company 3 months rent..No wonder our premiums will go up
