i have a universal adapter socket so i didn't have to return it, the rest of my parcel was cheap i didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them.

2nd time I ordered been waiting for 16 days + with no follow up what so ever and even when i try to contact live chat all they have to say is sorry for delay or please follow up with your delivery company in which they are busy 24/7 with no hope of reaching them I cant help but feel ripped off with no satisfactory solution "still waiting"

3rd time ordered a JBL wireless Headphones and I wish I didn't I should have known its bad since 2nd order didn't come, still i'm to blame for this for not take the hint based on my 1st and 2nd experience, on checkout it clearly gave me date option on when i want to receive the item and i chose 26th of July which was yesterday so i contact support about it and all they say is this order is within the normal time period of delivery please wait patiently. and i'm like it is not, it was supposed to be delivered today but to them the date is not specified and i have to wait 4-8 working days for my order to be delivered. i wish i could return all of my orders but i know this will be even be more horrible experience and its just not worth it i will just wait for my orders to arrive and i'm never to deal with JollyChic again its just intense and i'm not about to waste my time just checking up with them and waste my precious time

In conclusion, Just don't buy anything through them save yourself from the hassle.

Bad quality – Try to avoid buying from this site. My mum bought something from here and although it did arrive, it was really bad quality so she sent it back and never shopped from there again.

horrible/fraud – Don't try to shop online in this site! Jollychic was fool! They will send wrong size pretending they will not intend to do that. They will ask a lot of question and picture of wrong items but they will not do anything. You will find your self, giving the clothes to other who can fit the dress. Poor!!

Exactly as I thought would be – I was so worried cuz of other reviews but made two orders both came in timely manner and almost exactly as I expected. Some things didn't fit perfectly but the size guide is good so I was ordering Extra large for Aussie 12. All in all there was only one thing I would send back, but not worth the money, so I gave it to someone. But that's to be expected when buying things at these prices online.

if it says chifon it is chifon, don't expect silky look. Same dress in retail , I bought, would cost me $150-200.

If it's lace, of course and you pay $50 you will not get a french lace, but quality is still ok for money paid.

re sizing guides- every garment has specific measurement, so ladies you really have to look at published sizing chart in cm/inch, next to a cloth you wish to buy.I wear au size S, but one dress I bought in M and other in S

Both perfect fit for me. I did read and followed size guide for each dress. Do not assume, label M is 'your M' or international M, it is not. Go and measure your current waist and bust in cm and compare with JC size chart.

Also, it's helpful if you look at the style and cut too, and match 'their size guide' to either your waist or bust whichever measure is closest to your cm/inch.It will never match both, but should match the closest cm either your bust or waist. If you are perfect and lucky than both might match.

I will buy again, perfect sizes for petite and small + variety of styles, colours party/formal/event dresses for affordable prices.

am not a complete moron. I refuse and demand the $20 voucher first. Then after 24 hours my account gets the $20 credit, $15/$100 & $5/$50 what a bait and switch company! to leave without the clothing, the store would likely be run out of business. This is exactly what JollyChic have done. I have no issue with simple mistakes or unexpectedly busy trading seasons that make deliveries late but what I cannot accept is JollyChics inability to even answer a simple email.

Word for word like Amie's review – Amie's review says exactly what happened to me. I have never seen such cheap rubbish in my life. The 'free' bag was not even worth giving away. Waste of time and money down the drain – Paid for express delivery which took 30 days in total (preparing products and delivery). Customer services live chat was poor and they were occasionally rude and contradicting. Products of poor quality and material and finish inaddition tops smaller than advertised. can try the clothes on, since sending products back are also not as easy as hoped. Otherwise quality is what you pay for, would always order size bigger.

Long delivery, inexistent customer support – I purchased items on the 26th August and haven't yet received. Have tried to contact customers services and the only thing they say is that the order has been processed and then would leave the conversation without suggesting solutions or options.
