I bought round trampoline 10FT 6 years ago . My kids really love this one and quality is so amazing and too much strong just now after 6 years we need to change just pad . We live in South East Qld, nice and sunny etc we've had given trampolines from different manufacturers over twenty years, only getting new ones because the kids outgrew the old ones size or the new one had better features. We were then able to sell or give away the older one.
We bought the jump star one because of size, value, quality and reputation.in this case, I've just pulled it apart and sent it to the dump. Being just out of warranty on September last year and having such dramatic rust, not surface rust i mistakenly thought the manufacturer might ASSIST.
First email and photos ignored, second one telling me it's out of warranty and warranty didn't cover rust and offering to SELL me new frame parts or new trampoline. I don't think the email and photos were more than glanced at. Third email ignored, now ghosted.
The trampoline was a good one, great mat that never sagged, padding and foam and netting that lasted expectedly but the rust astounded me. As i said it's throw away now.
Should a costly trampoline be expected to last more than six years? You decide.... If you expect a trampoline that is an outdoor toy to last obviously coat the steel properly. I question whether the coating failed or what. If it wasn't coated why use that material....

Great trampoline while it lasted – We bought a 14ft trampoline 4 years ago. The screws rusted out on the ladder within a year. The legs rusted off this week in two places. Their warranty doesn't cover rust but I would expect it to last longer than 4 years. Disappointed, won't be buying again.
Abusive owner - dishonest and quick to anger - buyer beware – We have bought two other trampolines from Jump Star but the most recent one suffered rapid structural problems to the frame. When the first piece failed (within 1 year) it was replaced without issue, but when subsequent pieces failed 6 months later, we were asked to pay $95 for shipping. were sent - leaving us further out of pocket but still with a broken trampoline. When I requested replacement of the remaining broken pieces the owner refused and became abusive via email. He even accused me of trying to defraud him and that the photos that we provided were of a previous trampoline. The emails were very abusive and upsetting and he didn't bother to check his records and see that we had previously purchased a round trampoline and so his suggestion was ridiculous and blatantly wrong.

The ladies were once again helpful on arrival and while waiting for the manager to authorise the exchange, we picked a new trampoline which was $350 more expensive. But sadly this is where the great service ended, to my dismay the owner refused to accept the trampoline back, Despite the fact the bags of components hadn’t been touched or used. You could clearly see we’d literally taken nothing out of the box except the manual. The owner swore and shouted in a store full of people and staff. Honestly I have never experienced anything like it. I felt sorry for the store staff who looked embarrassed by the owners poor lack of control and vile language. And all this two days before Christmas, so now our children are left without their Christmas present, after waiting all year for it. We chose to buy from jumpstar because they are a local family owned business and we’ve been left so disappointed.
