Jura is a company that only make coffee machines and they couldn’t even get that right which is a shame, I don’t recommend buying these coffee machines no matter what the salesperson says or what any other reviews say because you will be disappointed especially for the damn price you pay for it, I made a mistake, please don’t do the same you will regret it. The swiss don’t know how to make coffee or coffee machines. GO ITALIAN.

expensive repair. I gave up on the service centre and my son took on the task of repairing them if possible and giving them away to another home.

After the last machine broke down (not an inexpensive model) I looked at the alternatives. I purchased a Jura Z6 and have been blown away by the ease of use and the quality of the coffee. It is equivalent to a Inner City Newtown Cafe!

I have never owned a Jura before so I can’t compare,however, the Z6 has PEP technology that maximises the extraction from the coffee beans. Why did I wait so long to buy a Jura. They prove that non commercial machines can make cafe quality drinks!

Coffees can be ordered via their phone app and any milk coffee drinks are as great as a cafe.

I have removed our electric jug as water for tea is produced faster and at the right temperature.

What a machine – Just upgraded from our Z5 machine after 9 years of continual use to the Z6. Amazing coffee and so easy to clean. We were so happy with our old machine but the advancement with this was certainly worth the change. Couldn’t be happier Show details ·  1

Repairs – Had to send it back for repair during warranty. Now I am having to send it back a second time at a cost of $345. Two months out of warranty. This should not happen with a machine that is this expensive and this soon. I gave my old Miele to my son in law that is now 5 years old and it has never had a problem. Great Coffee Machine – We were so frustrated doing research on Coffee machine , and we came across Jura Z6 (pronounced Yura) and we do not regret at all, this machine is automatic, does everything for you, also reminds you of cleaning milk section. Great Machine – Finally worked up the courage to spend the extra money and replace the De'Longhi after several issues money well spent, got the milk fridge and Harvey Norman through in the cup warmer as well. Just one criticism is that I can't work out how to delete the custom settings I made while adjusting to the way I like it so I have multiple labelled the same there need to be a delete on the custom setting. JURA Z ..... SO IMPRESSED – The best of coffee machines ever,,purchased from David Jones with a 4 year warranty. So easy to use, cleans itself. I purchased the milk fridge (optional extra) . dealing with this problem after spending 5K? Come on Jura, this is basic stuff, people like their coffee hot!

4 faults inside a year! Not fit for purpose – So after initially being very impressed with the machine we've just returned it after 12 months for a full refund given the number of different faults. replaced, one of the grinder lights flashes on and off and the final straw was it kept jamming during the rinse cycle and powering off. Turn the machine back on and it rinses fine. Totally not acceptable so returned it this week.

The little things that bug me – Great looking machine. Replaced my S9 Avant Garde that I had for 10 years. Great selection of drinks. Water System" or something similar to that. It was not a sticker that you would want to keep on your NICE looking machine, so I removed it. This left a film on the water tank that is clearly visible and detracts from the appearance of the machine in my opinion. I tried to remove this film by cleaning and Goo be Gone, but nothing has removed it.

I called Jura and complained about this. The first person I talked to was rude and sarcastic and should not have a job in a call center. He said the sticker is supposed to stay on the machine and if I removed it that's too bad. They won't send me a new tank because this tank is still functional.

I asked him if the machine came with a scratched up platform for the coffee cup, would you replace that. He said more than likely they would because it shouldn't be scratched when you buy it. I said the tank shouldn't have a film left when you remove the sticker.

I ended up hanging up on him after he said..."That's too bad sir...you screwed up and I guess you are stuck with it."

I called again a few minutes later and got someone who at least said they asked the manager about replacing the tank and he said they couldn't do it.

Makes me want to break it while it's still under warranty so I can get a new one....but it would probably still come with the sticker attached.

That's my rant.......love the machine but I think their customer service on this matter left a lot to be desired.

Very over this machine – We have had our machine back around a week from being fixed and tonight it has come up with Error 8 then shuts itself down for a machine that should have very few issues and prompt you when it needs to be rescaled we seem to have got a lemon not what I expect for the amount we paid So very disappointed  Show details

adjusted from the older machine, this Z6 is very easy to use. After sales service cannot be faulted. It is good to know a phone call for help can answer any questions I have.

The best i have ever had – Had numerous coffee machines over the years the best so far is the JURA Z6. You can control every facet of creating great tasting coffee with just the turn of a dial. fixed under warranty, great service.NEW..NEW...NEW.... sent in for a service fault on return the CARRIER had used it to play with the SOCCEROOS. sent Photos to Jura and it was replaced with the latest Z6 that has an iPhone app that allows me to leave a cup/mug under the spouts dial up my favourite brew and bingo I get a hot brew. Fantastic Coffee Machine – Had my Jura Z6 for about a week now previously had a Nespresso & I can honestly say the Jura z 6 is fantastic. The coffee tastes great. Wished I had purchased it sooner. After numerous attempts to change settings and wasting 500gms coffee beans the machine began working properly until the next day when it faulted again for about 7 attempts then righted itself again.

Waited to the morning 28 December for Support to start work and told that the machine would have to be sent in to be repaired and the courier would be collecting it in OVER 1 WEEK.

Good coffee but milk maintenance is absolute joke! – I must admit the coffee is great! And once the machine is setup it's fantastic and easy to use. However with all the good comes the REALLY BAD. have a "fully automatic" Saeco Exprelia machine which automatically cleaned the milk container after each use. The Jura Z6 requires a separate milk cleaning tub to be connected to a rubber hose which can only use Jura's special cleaning liquid...after EVERY USE??? I cannot believe I purchased a $3500 "fully automatic" machine which requires a manual cleaning milk tub to be setup after every use! Must also be a great profit maker for Jura since you are only allowed to use Jura cleaning liquid, probably mandatory for warranty as well. This machine is more of a money making tool for Jura than it is anything else. The hose needs to be replaced every 3 months. The Exprelia lasted 6 years with nothing to replace except a couple of o-rings.

If you have a lot of money and time to spend waiting around for the milk cleaning process to be done after every use then go for this machine, but if you're in a rush in the mornings and don't have time to fluff around waiting 2 minutes for a milk cleaning process plus an additional coffee machine rinsing process on top of this then do yourself a favor and try another machine.

Wanted the best and got it – I checked out as many machines online and in store as I thought necessary and the Jura Z6 seemed to be everything I needed. strength, amount and temperature and milk/milk foam quantity and temperature for each drink can all be changed, and drink renamed if required quickly and simply. A lot of reviews for other automatics gave the impression that coffee was not hot enough on highest setting, the Z6 does not let me down on temperature.
