but on arrival, was disappointed to find the item was at least 2 sizes smaller than expected. Return info is difficult to find on their website and after trying for over a week, I still have not had a response about how to do a return of the item. Still waiting.

Terrible Experience – The top I bought looked nothing like the website picture. I can't tell you how dismayed and disappointed I am with their lack of customer service. We followed directions for returns and it seems they do not honour their word when they indicate they will provide a refund. I do not support this company. What should be a simple customer friendly process for returns has turned into a nightmare. Please unsubscribe me from all your communications.

comfortable in. The dresses fit fine. The jackets I've ordered run small compared to US sizes so need to order a size or two larger. However, you can buy clothes and not spend much so I love this about the company. Also, very easy as online.

have cancelled my order. From what I have read, it is quite likely the item will be a major disappointment anyway and definitely not worth waiting for, assuming it eventually arrives. Even if this was the last online retail site in the world, nothing would ever persuade me to attempt to purchase anything from them again. A frustrating waste of time. Buyer beware – I generally only order from Australian businesses where i know i can return. However I was looking for a dress for a wedding and took the chance as the item was cheap even in $US. day event. I also ordered a couple of other dresses and a 2 pairs-of shoes. The shoes were too big and had a buckle which was more of a hook and did not leave much room for adjustment. One dress was made of polyester but looked more like chiffon in the photo. The other is also polyester but a very neat little black dress which is very versatile. Returns are out of the question as it is cost of postage to China but they readily deduct something off the value if unhappy. The only recourse is to try to on-sell. I have bought many items from Australian retailers which don’t look like the advertised product or don’t fit, the only difference is they can be returned. I have bought equally as many if not more that have been perfect. Bottom line is be aware of risk of buying online.

I like many other customers did not know about this Product Review website, otherwise I would have run for the hills. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I deal with this "company". Absolutely awful company to deal with – I paid AU$34.29 for the shipping of six lightweight tops, which was a ridiculously high price. The banner across the top said free shipping for orders over $109, but failed to mention this was in US dollars, which translated to AU$164. A scam website that sends the incorrect order then does not respond to emails – I spent about $350 AUD on items. The order took a long time and when received, the sent multiple numbers of items I only ordered one off. The items don't fit and when trying to obtain authorisation to return there is no response to emails. The links they say to click on to get authorisation to return items does not work. SCAM ARTISTS! – I've been waiting 5 weeks for my dress that was supposed to be $16 but they charged me $50. I never received an order number or a shipping number. I've tried emailing them several times and have heard nothing back. They've ripped me off and taken my money. Will never try to purchase from them again!!
