Hi Monkey12 - the KFP95 can blend frozen bananas. Please ensure you are using the processing blade for this particular task and ensure the frozen bananas are cut down to 2-3cm sized pieces. Hi monkey 12.....I personally have not blended frozen banana s in it , but i have blended smaller mixed frozen berries to make a sorbet, and it was fine....I do pulse it several times first then blend....I think if you did this with bananas too , it would be ok if cut to size as the official says.

Yes it will do frozen bananas for awhile then the shaft breaks as it's not strong enough to continue doing this. I've had two and both have split the shaft with using frozen cut bananas with in six months. Even using the processing blade. Honest.y spend a little more money on a product that's stronger in the shaft.

Hi MillyAur, yes it does grind spice, but not to a fine smooth powder. you can get coarse powder.

Hi MillyAur - the KFP95 has a food processing blade which can chop nuts and dry herbs into a coarse grind. For a fine grind, we recommend using an appliance with a grinding blade or a mortar and pestle. I am not sure, as I haven't tried that yet. I use blender to make smoothies. Also I don't use FP for to make fine powder or smoothies or juices. Let me know how you go with making smoothie.

Hi, The KFP95 includes a mixing blade that can be used for kneading bread or pastry dough. It also includes a stainless steel processing blade used for chopping tasks.
