I ordered a sunshade for a pram from this company and was sent a weird metal thingy. Customer "service" refused to acknowledge that the product did not match the product description and refund. In the end I was given an address in Germany for returns or the option of, "in my case", 20% refund. The worst online company I have ever dealt with. Stay clear.
Faulty product and failed to rectify the matter, as warranty is only 14 days from delivery date, despite pre purchase for Christmas gift. Seemingly poor quality product and worse support. I will not purchase from this supplier again, and neither should you.

wonder what false names they use in other countries. Judging by other complaints that I see here, there is no point my expending my energy and sanity trying to return this, so I’ll put it down to a bad experience and attempt to warn others where I can.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Fraudulent business, no package delivered, unhelpful customer service who continued to defer their responsibility and any means of proving delivery, which was never made, after 3 months of requesting a refund. They requested information sent on the week of and delivery again 3 months later. I received no product and no refund DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

asking for my original order to Come before Christmas. Despite numerous emails chasing them up, I only received a “this is with our referral team” reply back. I didn’t get a proper response until the 15th January! And all they offered was 10% on the total purchase and to keep the item.
By this point, I realised not only was the item wrong, it was faulty and terrible condition. I advised that wasn’t suitable and wanted a full refund on the item. (I bout 3 items at about $100 total and this item was $30).
Again, another reply saying they’d refund 20% of total purchase and to keep the item. At this stage, I’m so angry at the fact I’ve not received what I ordered and just want a refund. They come back with 30% off total purchase which I accept as that would equate to $30: the cost of the item.
But no, they only refund me 30% of the item total, not the purchase total so I received about $8 back. And now they’re refusing to honour the full refund of 30% off my total purchase or refund the remaining value of the item. Absolutely shocking and they should be in jail. Since this, one of the other products i ordered is also in the bin faulty.
Wish id read the received before purchasing and hopefully they’ll be closed down soon.

and I wouldn't be reimbursed for shipping. I have tried to work with them to no avail. So I have proceeded with a bank charge back. This way I will be refunded by my bank without having to deal with them again. I hope this helps people looking for reimbursement.

The card is only ever used locally and this is the first time ever using it for online purchases (didn’t realise it was overseas) and have since had transactions happen that are not us. After placing the order I read the reviews on this and another site. To be honest I was worried that we would receive it. But it was delivered in a reasonable time frame and I was notified by tracking numbers along the way I ordered the 35 piece magnetic transform toy. It appears good value and matches the advertised item. It may be more expensive than an alternative but they delivered the promised product as product.

Poor company to deal with – Ordered delivery took over 1 month attempted to contact them was only told it’s on its way. I ended up raising a dispute with my CC card company it was only then did I hear from them. They offered a 20% refund so that wasn’t bad however I would never deal with them.
Don’t give them your money – If I could rate 0 I would. Item took over a month to arrive, broke within two minutes and they will not refund. The item also came from China so I guess I’ll just chalk it up to a learning event and remember to check the reviews before ordering from these scam companies again. Really annoyed they are using such an Aussie name for their rubbish products!

Kangoo Kids Duel Buddies – Bought the Duel Buddies toy for Christmas for the family. Clearly should have done my homework.
