Hi Andrew I had no luck with mine and it had hardly done any work . I am an aircraft engineer and tried but couldn’t fix it so took it to the rubbish tip. I bought a Stihl instead . Very sorry it’s giving you grief , it’s frustrating and disappointing . All the best

They have an internal manifold that breaks. It needs to go back to the service agent for repair.The replacement part fixes the manufacturing fault. If its out of warranty.they will try and charge you.

Dear Terry, I can only go on the machine I have, after connecting water and power, when I turn the job to on the machine srptarts for one second then stops, when I operate the wand the machine starts, Ross

No it doesn’t make any noise, looks like a fuse gone but don’t know where to look , it’s definitely a power problem,

Sorry, can't help you there. the only heads I have used are the two that came with the machine. I use the rotary head, ( the one with the ball bearing in the head) to clean my concrete verandas and outside brick paving after winter. It's a bit slow but that is because of the size of the machine, not a fault.

Probably a bunnings question. Take your wand in and see if it fits?

I have no idea i have nothing to do with Karcher, you will have to go to your purchase store to see.

Bunnings have a lot of Karcher parts, or get into the Karcher website for parts

None as it is not working.

Mine still look's like new, and stopped working one month out of warranty after about three hours work. Your's might go forever who know's. They seem to change models with the weather. Good Luck!

I'm assuming u have bought this unit second hand without instructions - I'm happy to send u a copy if u wish or I'm also sure your nearest Karcher outlet would advise u also. However, in the mean time: (

1) connect to a suitable electrical lead & keep it clear from work area & switch on @ p/point

2) attach required cleaning fitting to hand held wand

3) attach garden hose & turn on 1/2 to 1 turn

4) set to go by squeezing handheld trigger, pointing wand to required surface to clean.

NB: run motor for 40minute intervals at a time, hence stop, switch off motor & turn off water tap for 10-15minute then resume until job is complete.

you just twist the front of the sprayer to have the soap spray out [ it twists onto a differant setting you will see the soap come out when you have it on the right 1 , oh and if the machine takes soap cartridges and they are 2 expensive find a plastic bottle with a lid [ natures own vitamins or fish oil are good ] drill small hole in top of lid feed plastic line into the bottle and where the cartridge sits connect the plastic line to the nipple and just fill you bottle with a diluted car soap product works a treat and save on those cartridges
