I bought 2 dresses online. They were delivered in good time. The quality seemed fine but I just really didn't like them. The returns process was easy. I couldn't find a returns option on the website, but my order confirmation provided a link. I printed the free postage label, answered a couple of questions, and the full refund was received within a couple of weeks. Can't complain about that! Show details

Great Scarlett Dress – I received my Scarlett dress and I am just overjoyed with it. The fit is perfect and the style is just for me. Plus size models – I have ordered 2 Tully dresses and love the fabric and style. I’ve needed to utilise the return policy due to wrong size on another dress and the service was excellent. My main concern is that all the models are size S and that doesn’t reflect the general population.

It’s so cool when one gets pleasantly surprised— not only was everything exactly as described and shown in the pictures, but it was actually a nicer fit than I imagined: simple, elegant, lovingly made, and packaged for shipping (with small, beautifully designed cotton pouches for the earrings). Altogether, this was such a feel-good experience. I've bought several other dresses (Avery, Harper, Mabel...) since, and I love them all!

Beautiful blue Ember – Having bought two Vivienne dresses and absolutely love them I then bought the Ember Midi blue dress as loved the colour. Gorgeous fabric, unreliable sizing and awful plastic zips – I bought the Alice dress in pomegranate a few months ago (no longer available) but been too busy to review. size guide at all..I usually wear a 12 but bought a 14 for comfort. It's fine in the waist and hip which are both bigger than advertised. However the 101cm for the bust stated on the size guide for size 14, is actually only 96 cm and too tight. I'm unable to wear the dress which is very sad. The navy bolero I ordered with it was inexpensive but looks really cheaply finished. I washed it before wearing, and it came out of the wash with a hole....so I've never worn it and it's become a cleaning rag. I won't order again and would only recommend the gorgeous dresses if your bust is small to medium. Also, be prepared to spend extra to have the awful zip replaced.

Quality is excellent – Puchased 2 x dresses from Karma East. The cotton material is a nice heavier weight so the fitted dress, although unlined from the waist down, was not see through.
