has now been deemed lost. Tried ringing KasaFactory and they don't answer or respond to calls. Lodged enq with Kogan as no response from Kasa Factory and response to them from KasaFactory was to contact Aust Post. Keep getting runaround, not happy and no refund offered.

Worst company- buyer beware – The outdoor bench I bought was damaged and had holes rescrewed and screws that didn't even line up. Broken bits too. I approached them,with photos, not even asking for a full refund due you the costs involved in returning even though legally they are responsible for the damaged goods being sent back. I asked them to discount the item..9 emails later I'm still waiting for a response. Don't waste your time or money!

Was not sent the advertised item. Refusing to provide refund – I was sent an item clearly different to what they had advertised (and I had ordered) on the Dick Smith website. Terrible product falsely advertised – Terrible quality product not worth the price. The windmill ornament wood was splintery and stapled together, not at all what was pictured. It was even a different colour and different shape. Pictured it was hexagonal. I received a product that was square. Product said its "waterproof". I doubt the material will last long it already has a slit through the wood.

Dandenong. I was confronted by this person who asked me "what can I do for you mate?" so I explained my problem to him and about calling so many times and no one ever return my call. He said he was too busy and didn't have time to waste , so I showed him my trolley and he said they don't do repairs as its only a warehouse, and he unprofessionally told to me to take the trolley to somebody else and if I needed parts to come back to him. So this morning I drove to a golf repair place in Dromana and was told that I needed a new power unit. I then returned to the factory in Dandenong and spoke to the same person and told him that I needed a new power unit, and he asked for my warranty papers and when I told him the warranty had now expired, he told me I had to pay for the parts. I tried to explain I saw him before the warranty had expired and he said to came back and he would get the part I needed. But then he very rudely said "bad luck mate the warranty has expired and the part costs $120.00". I just want everyone to know how distressing my experience has been and to warn everyone to be aware of the lack of service from this and to avoid doing business with them.

Kasa coffee machine – Fully automatic with 12 month warranty. Started having problems after 8 months with the milk feeder. Tried contacting the seller. Cut a long story short, company was uncontactable by email or telephone. Never responded to my emails. Whilst it worked, it was good. Stay away from Kasa machines especially if bought from the internet and not a physical store. Bought a kmart special for 80 bucks to replace it. Perfect, simple and works.
Do NOT waste your time and money with this company – Purchased garage door openers which arrived, both faulty, so returned them Kasa never acknowledged signed for receipt, any emails or phone calls. In the end obtained a refund by complaint to my credit card company. Never Again!

Ripped off!! – Bought $150 worth of solar lights, some never worked at all others for just 20 minutes. Told to post them back and they would test them and replace if faulty. Spent another $13.20 postage. Tried to follow up but just get the runaround. I am in the process of lodging a complaint with fair trading.
Deplorable Customer Service – If you encounter product issues post purchase you will struggle to get any form of reasonable and fair customer service. The person I spoke with will not bear any fair trading responsibility and I found them to be rude in their tone and language whilst responding professionally towards them. I suggested fair alternative options to resolve which were completely dismissed.
Do Not Buy From This Seller – Great spiel in their ads about product and customer service, but all lies. I won't bore you with the ins and outs. Put simply, product wasn't as described and they won't take calls or get back to you. There is nothing resembling post sales service.
Ripped off – Pump was recalled and we got no refund or replacement because after using pump for 3 years the pump wasn't in same condition it was sold to us. Was told by [name removed] at pump factory if I had a problem take it up with fair trading.
Agree with all other posts - Bad News this company – They sent the wrong product. After calling them to notify them of it and that it will be returned for a refund. They now do not answer the phone and after leaving lots of messages they never return the call. We are now out of money for the cost and shipping both ways as they are not giving us the refund. - By the way, this has costs me a lot time and money to get it this far and still it does not work (Total of $1645 - $395 for kit, $450 for motor, bench top-$200, electrician $400, handyman $200). Should have bought the cheaper product from China.)
- When I rang the company (24th May, 2017), [name removed] rang back from their 1300718025 number and said that a lever is required for it to work. I rechecked the website and found no mention of a lever. On his website, there is only mention of motor and benchtop. He also said that the lever is in the videos, I researched all his videos, AND 50 OTHER videos on YouTube concerning Cone Screw Log Splitters, and have not seen a hint of levers and have no idea of how to get one let alone use one. I would not have purchase the product if I had known that there were extra things required on top of the already costly installation of the motor and bench top.

- I SMS [name removed] on the mobile he rang me on the following day (25th May) and no reply. I had hope for a resolution that is fair, after all, it is a lot of money spent for a product that does not work.

- I rang KASA factory number 1300 718 025 on 29th May, left a message and no reply
- I am unable to return the product. When the product arrived, the box was mis-shapened and damaged. The product had moved around during transit and caused many holes in it. (See Images 7, 8, 9, 10). The delivery man said that it was badly packaged and not their fault. I had hoped that internally the product was undamaged but until the product was installed by the electrician and handyman, I had no idea of whether it is faulty or not. As the package is damaged, I cannot even use it to return the product even if I wanted to, and the company is interstate, which would cost another huge amount to return as the product weighed perhaps 5kg, and I would have spent thousand over dollars for the electrician, handyman, motor, and return postage for nothing.
Product not working, company don't respond to emails, disgusting lack of service – Purchased two garage remotes.....pleased on arrival as they look good, however, neither worked.........disappointing!! The company website offers an "Open Dispute" form for problems but after in excess of two weeks I have had no response from two 'Dispute' forms and two further emails! Hopeless company operating on the edge and giving "online " a bad name.....AVOID!!!
