Where is my refund !!! – Returns not honoured !! I returned items on the 7th January and it's now mid Feb and still haven't received my refund .Would not recommend purchasing online, it's a joke !!!
Missing items from online order – I placed and order on 11 December and only received half of my order about 2 weeks later. Bad quality bed sheets and wrong color – Ordered bed sheets from Katie's. The website says high thread count but guarantee warm in winter and cool in summer. you touch them and if you feet rub against the sheets it makes a very loud tearing sound. Actually a scary sound so loud. Even though my feet are relatively soft. I wrote an email complaining about the sheets and never received a reply after 3 weeks!! Everyday I get a automated email stating I'm still in the queue and be patient a customer service agent will get in touch and to not contact or write another email to them because I'm still in the queue even after waiting 3 weeks for a reply!! Of course this is just a delay so that I passed the one month return policy. Don't ever buy from Katie's!!! Wait up to a month for delivery and no customer service after that. There is no warranty or refund!!! Oh also I bought the Royal Comfort Bamboo Cooling 2000TC Sheet Set color charcoal. However a received light grey color!!! I have never seen light grey colored charcoal at Bunnings. Terrible company Katie's.

It’s not Linen, it’s polyester – Purchased a black cargo skirt ($90) on 4th October 2024. The price ticket said LINEN, however I had since realised it’s 100% POLYESTER!!! The order can no longer be viewed on my account for some reason … but I still have the order email. I didn’t even expect a refund simply a return / swap! Avoid. Their after service support is non existent and dishonest.
Fabric tears in white pants – I have been buying Katies 7/8 stretch pants for years. Loved them. However, the past three pairs of white pants have come up with small tears after a wash. As this has not happened with any coloured pairs, I must assume that faulty white fabric is being used for the pants. Still waiting for a response from the company. Show details

Not cheap but tacky – Not that cheap but very poor quality and sizing way out. Seems everything is on sale so no returns. Stuck with garments will cost me to get altered to be wearable even as house or gardening clothes.
Beware of sale items. Unable to return – Beware the scam. Because Katie's is now in the hands of the receiver they are sending out clothes which are not fit for purpose. I'm a 10 to 12. I ordered clothes in either small or medium and they are way oversized. I cannot send them back either as they are sale items. Absolute rort.

there are a multitude of catches, explained by the sweet, apologising voice from Customer Service, who follows the script like a broken record.
Take advice....don't risk the fancy appeal of lovely photos on the website (you won't be able to return/exchange without extra cost to yourself, if at all). Go instore if you have to. There you will save yourself further expense as you'll see the items are not like those on the website. They are not nearly as impressive.

minutes in total just to get there) to another shopping centre to exchange. On arrival, I learnt that only 2 of the 4 shops I required were situated there & that one of them doesn’t even exist on the central coast. Grrr… I also experienced real attitude by the staff once I mentioned I was exchanging items from an online order. What ever happened to good old Customer Service…? It would cost me more to post the items back, so I decided to keep them & give to good will. I will never buy from them again online or in store. Firstly because I believe they are taking advantage of people and secondly because their clothes are either of poor quality & cheap looking.

Waiting 5 months for a refund!! – Truely HORRENDOUS experience trying to get a refund from Katies! Made an order in JANUARY...it is now MAY and I have yet to receive a refund for items returned. They keep sending endless emails asking me to repeat YET AGAIN what items I returned for which order number. Easy returns process you say Katies??? HA HA HA!! What a joke!! Not good service – I ordered long sleeve tees online as an ......exclusive pre order with priority service and delivery to happen in May.....Well that does not work as I was informed ‘out of the blue’ that I was receiving a refund without any explanation as to why and after several emails I still do not why. that the vacuum had been delivered to a storage by Couriers Please. I then contacted the storage facility to find out if my vacuum was there, only to be told that it had been held for 7 days..& was now being returned back to the sender. I relayed this to their customer service via email & after another 3 day wait I was told that once the courier has the goods, they are no longer responsible for them. I then asked for a prompt replacement or a refund…in which I was told I would have to forgo 15% off my purchase price for change of mind, or pay $12 for RE delivery. Since it was now a month of emails back & forth, and chasing up the storage facility I decided to pay the redelivery as I was burnt out and tired of the back and forth and general lack of professionalism. I then paid the $12, had to screenshot the proof of payment, only to be told the vacuum was out of stock and wouldn’t be available until the end of may. I was offered an alternative model which I didn’t want. I then contacted fair trading and my financial institution to take action as I was completely fed up and wanted a full refund of both the vacuum cleaner and my redelivery fee. After a further week I was finally refunded for the vacuum, but am not able to be refunded for the redelivery fee apparently. This whole process has taken a total of two months and I am thoroughly appalled at the zero level of customer service and care offered by this company. I myself am in customer service and pride myself and the company I work for, for the highest calibre of customer service that we offer. The customer is always right certainly does not apply at Katie’s and I would highly recommend not ordering online with them unless you want endless passing of the buck and total frustration and anxiety to you everyday life. Beyond words.

Anyway. I finally received it and went on line to spend. Same problem, so I phoned them back this morning, only to be told that I can only redeem instore at Katie’s. As I very politely explained…again….that I didn’t shop at any of their brand shops I was unlikely to start now. All I got was an “I’m sorry”. This has been a very sorry process, with bad customer service. The original person I spoke to had assured me the electronic voucher could be used across the brands and online. A blatant lie and I will be spreading the word not to shop Katie’s. I wonder how many other people have had the same experience.

Insecure website my card was compromised after purchasing on Katie’s online – After making a purchase online Katie’s site, I. Didn’t receive receipt right a way. One week later a suspicious transaction happened on the account. Had to cancel my card.
Crap company! – I had to chase out my return and it took them over three months to process. I sent them multiple emails and in the end, had to call them to get my refund processed. This is the second time that has happened as well! Will definitely be avoiding in the future which is a shame because they do have some nice clothes.
Zero Customer service and care – Purchase 7,8 products online. The products are mostly generous in sizing, therefore they don't fit. I emailed to ask how to return or exchange and they just said due to the items being on sale there are no refunds or exchanges. Poor quality – I ordered some t-shirts and a blouse. The satin blouse had an odour and poorly crafted. It’s products you find on Aliexpress or temu, cheap quality fabric. Never again!
