Poor delivery and lacking customer support – Poor delivery and customer support. Despite being a loyal customer with Auto delivery for 12 months, delivery shortfalls aren't addressed by company. Quality of product is reasonable but with inconsistent deliveries i had to cancel my subscription because their lack of communication and concerns with delivery problems that happened more than twice within the year.

the way it clumps, and after it has dried a little, you can just scoop it up and discard it without having to leave it there contaminating the remainder of the litter and omitting strong urine odours like all other litters do. 4. I don't understand why one customer said it was the worst litter as it hardens like rock. Clearly she must leave it in the litter box for a week or more. I didn't even follow the instructions, I just used my common sense and it works exactly as advertised. Again I'm so happy I was introduced to this AMAZING product. Usain Bolt running the 100 metres?!. NOT ONLY is this amazing product ultra absorbent, but it significantly reduces the stench our cat manages to leave behind, after doing his business!!. Certainly ticks off all the boxes as advertised, AND on top of that, very budget friendly, making it easy on the wallet!. Such a stringent, quality product & at a low low price, that honestly only KATZ-LOO can!!. Disappointed – The cat litter hardens like cement after getting wet and has to be chipped and scraped off the bottom of the litter box. I can't wait to get to the end of the bags I ordered, definitely will not be ordering more nor will I recommend this litter to anybody else.

Katz-loo cat litter – First week of using this and it's wonderful if you buy in bulk it's the same price as your no name cheap litter. Delivered within 2 days so no heavy lifting at the shops. The cats love it and we love that there is no smell and is easy to scoop. Just make sure you follow the instructions as it's got to be deeper than other litters to work. Would recommend also getting the metal scoop, not essential but it's good to take through the litter. Show reply

Simply The Best – Brilliant, Brilliant, Briliant!!!! Simply the best litter ever. Our cat can dig to China and always spreads litter absolutely everywhere but since starting with Katz-Loo not only is it home delivered, it is the only one she doesn't spread around the whole bathroom and it clumps like no other and no smells. Katz Loo is the very best litter I have ever used in the last 20 odd years....so much out there, anything even remotely as good is twice the price and still not as good as Katz Loo. Top Quality Cat Litter – It's getting hard to find really good quality clay litter these days. We have 2 litter robots which, to work well, require really good clay litter, specifically perfect clumping properties. After not much success in finding anything we were recommended Katz-loo, which I am very pleased to say fits the bill perfectly. Clumps well, minimal smell, works how a good clay product should work. No weird added smells either.

much you need for it to ‘work’ as described - make sure you have a deep litter tray and you fill it at least 3/4 high. Once you’ve done that - not only is it easy to scoop (easy is an understatement) but it does not smell!!!!! I got to the point where I refused to do the litter - Katzloo is just too easy to use, emptying the litter is kinda half enjoyable. You will NOT be disappointed! Well done Katzloo!!!!

Good Clumping Litter!! – Easy to use! Good clumping power, so there is no mess and very easy to clean! Love the scoop that comes with the kit! Just wish the litter box had higher walls as my kitten loves to dig HAHA. Overall good product I would recommend you give it a try!! Show reply

GREAT Product, friendly service!! – Katz-Loo is GREAT, actually clumps, doesn’t smell! I have been using for 3 months and my two cats love it! Best litter money can buy and would never go back to Woolies stuff. It is easy to use without having to replace the whole tray! Using less but so much better! I actually do think my Cat loves it!

The best! – Honestly I can’t say enough about this cat litter. It’s everything it says it is! Extremely low odour, it clumps like concrete and is so easy to remove and our kitten loves it. Also, the value for money is incredible. There is no other litter for us!

Not so good – This litter isn’t bad it just isn’t wonderful. It doesn’t clump as well as I would like and leaves a strong odour. If the company would like to compare to a certain overseas supermarket brand of litter made of100% Bentonite, they would have an Australian winning product which I would buy every time. With a little tweaking it would be perfect. The company have great service and love that it is delivered.

Excellent product – I have been using Katz-Loo clumping litter for over 8 years and I still think it is the best cat litter on the market. It clumps well for easy removal, it absorbs odours very effectively and is almost dust free. My cats seem to show it is very easy on their feet and I have had no problems with litter being tracked through the house. I think pricing is very reasonable with the huge bonus of having the product delivered free to your door.

just remove the wee or poo as it happens with a scoop! Its now quite a zen experience to tidy the tray afterwards.

Very convenient – I like how this product is Queensland owned and operated with the clumping litter being sourced locally. Very hard to find an all Aussie company these days.
