hours drive from my location. I responded with evidence from the commissioners office that showed as I only requested a copy of specific documents that a search was not required. Next thing a director of KBW emailed that because of an unreasonable request I am to have no contact what so ever with KBW. It was then indicated that this director had been engaging in gossip with a committee member. An indication of a breach of the privacy provisions in place for lot owners of a strata scheme. KBW without reasonable justification or statutory authorisation from a judicial entity has decided they have the right to deprive me of my rights under the BCCM Act without any recourse to appeal or natural justice. Question: Do you think they will still require me to pay the fees.. Ha ha yeah I know they will, and try and bill for additional services too.. :)

Stay well clear

We switched to KBW last year and have not been disappointed. Scott and the team are friendly, easy to deal with and respond quickly to questions and requests. Happy that we made the switch.

I have received timely, comprehensive and sound advice on every aspect of strata management, from resident issues to maintenance, compliance to engineering works. They have helped us manage a small budget very effectively, having no need for extraordinary contributions in the past 13 years, despite big works needed at times. Never had an issue with tradespeople and works projects are managed very well. Everything is managed efficiently and collaboratively: I am particularly impressed with the friendly approach of the company, and the willingness to chat ASAP on any issue by phone and email. 3-star rating but since working with Gary, who also deals with numerous other properties, we have witnessed first-hand his willingness to invest in the Community business of our complex. He shows excellent knowledge of Strata issues and has done much to improve the standing of KBW during his tenure.
