I have purchased from Keter and found the product I bought, a storage box for outside to be very sturdy. It is very suitable for toys, cushions for outside chairs etc. I recommend this product and brand.

thinking epoxy resin which it certainly is not. The table and chairs are made from molten polypropylene with black mixed into it so it should withstand the sun. However this is not a strong solid and. the first time we used the chairs, a somewhat sturdy friend used the armrest to arise and it snapped off. When I complained, the makers told me that the arm rests are just that, for resting your arms, and not to assist in getting up. In that case, a warning needs to be attached to each chair and a denial of liability included. Apart from being fragile, if left in the sun the table becomes a hilly surface so balancing drinks is also fraught. I attached proof of purchase with my original review, so I hope it is on a file with all the others I sent.

far more cheaper than they used to be, but that is understandable. I love the look of them and they are better than some flimsy ones and look nice and tidy.

Bought keter alfresco garden beds - black x2. One arrived damaged. I took photos and sent it to them, and they said they would forward to the spare parts/support area and I would hear back within 1-2 business days. It's been nearly a week and I've heard back nothing, even though I've followed up. Very expensive items, and I'm not happy. Update - support ended up sending out replacement parts, very well wrapped.

2 stars because the item is pretty good. Deducted 3 stars because of customer service. Going by other reviews it seems a lot of Keter items are delivered with missing parts and getting those parts is difficult and frustrating. discovered the missing parts I messaged Maze through Amazon. 3-4 days and no reply. I called Maze who said they can't help and told me to email Keter direct which I did. 3-4 days and no reply. I called Keter who initially said they couldn't find my emails but then eventually did. I explained to the customer service rep that getting these parts was urgent because I had a function coming up and needed them ASAP.

Finally a week later my parts showed up. There was no urgency in getting these to me despite them knowing it was urgent and the warehouse being located in my city. My event came and went over this weekend without the entertainment unit because it was still in pieces in my living room.

Today when I check my Amazon order it says that the delivery date is unavailable so there is a real issue with their ordering and tracking systems.

I won't be buying from Keter again. Buy Australian and not from this mob. Google where the company originated and their history. I wish I had done this before I purchased.

I have x2 keter storage sheds and x2 storage boxes. The quality is amazing. I got the sheds a month before we got hit (in Brisbane) with tennis ball sized hail. Both sheds survived without damage or leaks (and there has been significant heavy rain since). I received the storage boxes today. Communication from Keter was very prompt when aus post had a delivery issue

said I’d prefer to buy direct, if they could match Bunnings price of $357, and deliver free as advertised on their website, KETER replied, and I quote: “unfortunately, we cannot price match with that. Our price includes the delivery cost.” Includes the delivery cost? Maybe I’m confused. If the delivery cost is included in the price, then it isn’t free, is it? The consumer is paying. Right? Maybe all this seems less suss to other consumers. You decide. But before you buy direct from KETER, maybe look around first.

Placed order. 2 weeks later chased to find out where it was. 2 days later I get an email saying I will get a refund in 10 days. Not even an apology. I see others had the same experience. Steer clear.....

Although initially unhappy with the product I received, I have to say Shivani from Customer Service did sort everything out and made sure I was happy with the result. Very impressed by her Service and dedication. Well done Keter.

Furniture brittle and faded from the sun within 2 year warranty. Items are guaranteed against sun and UV, once making a claim for the chair failing, [Name Removed] will not honour warranty. The reason is its been used during warranty and dont honour failure of product due to UV & Sun.

They are fine until you need to return something. I bought an outdoor cupboard for $310. The cupboard was missing parts, the shelves did not fit, the door would fall off the hinge when you open it. There are significant gaps in the joins. I was advised that they would only send me the missing parts. I still have not received a refund.

Have a second thought when purchasing from this company directly. They sell items that are out of stock, but available when first ordered. Also tries to upsell items. Cons: Time wasted. Pros: Fully refunded.

I bought the Keter Moby High Cabinet to replace an old wooden one in my garage—what a difference! It’s sturdy, well-built, easy to assemble, and holds a lot. Looks neat and feels much more durable. Very happy with it! Show reply

Looked at many options for a garden shed for our new villa in a retirement village and pleased we decided on Keter Darwin 6x4 for longevity, quality of construction material and especially the weather proof solid flooring. Delivery was prompt and office staff were polite and professional.

Love my Keter storage box. Weather proof with solid construction. Great for storing all my garden needs. At least my home minister has stopped complaining. Happy wife happy life

Purchased three of these Urban Bloomer 12.7 Gallon Elevated Garden Bed - Graphite, great for growing veggies, raised so you don’t have to lean down and hurt your back.

Poor quality stainless top – Bought the Unity XL bbq entertainment unit with “brushed stainless top”. Less than 2 months old and it’s starting to rust. Great product and exceptional warranty and replacement – I bought the small keter unity classic outdoor unit. Really happy with it and no problems puting it together. Followed some youtube to help. had a problem with wheels. Emailed keter and the response was so good. Received the replacement within the week. Fanastic.

Long delivery, poor customer service – This company is so hard to deal with. I purchased 4 black outdoor chairs. First 2 turned up 2 weeks after I made the purchased. Then had to chase the other 2 and once they finally arrived a week later it was the wrong colour. They don't follow up emails and it seems that they aren't really understanding that to make customers happy these days, it's important to engage with them... Product quality is fine and ok to assemble.

Beware... poor product and ZERO customer service – I purchased a Keter Outdoor Utility Cabinet for additional storage in my garage for $299.00. It arrived very quickly which was impressive. i.e. The size of the two side connecting pieces on the base is 1cm bigger than the hole at the base of the top panels. It's impossible to assemble. One of the top panels also has a serious crack, due to the inadequate packaging.

I have sent multiple emails, including pictures, to both email addresses listed on their website and have had no acknowledgement or reply. I started a webchat which was eventually answered and was told my email had been forwarded to a salesperson who would contact me. That was 4 weeks ago. I have heard nothing, despite further follow up emails.

So, I'm left with a half-assembled cabinet that is useless. And Keter have my $300.

Wish I'd read some of the other reviews before purchasing. Hoping this review saves others from this experience!
