Spent ages on hold every call, sent wrong instructions for filling in forms and didn’t send correct instructions when I questioned, had to email them every time the instructions didn’t match the form they sent. They're cheap for a reason, everything is by email and if you need to talk to them it takes 30mins on hold waiting. If its your first time buying or selling you will struggle as there is little to no support as Keylaw is very very busy with too many clients so they are stretched too thinly in the time that they have to explain legal terms or what… Read more

you are signing and always ask for everything at last minute, so that you are racing around trying to sign or obtain information. It was the most stressful situation, I do not recommend them if you are in Darwin at all.
