usual solicitors charge)...and it was accurate at settlement. After finding a suitable property in Cleveland QLD...I was contacted within 2 hours of forwarding them the contact to explain any issues (there were none) and this was a free consultation included in the price. My main contact was Christina who if not available when I called, always returned my call in a timely manner. When she went on leave, my contact was another solicitor who was equally as efficient. It seemed everyone I spoke with had a law degree. I was frequently contacted to remind me of timeframes within the contract...and settlement went through on time without any stress. Even my real estate agent commented on how it was one of the smoothest settlements he'd experienced. days. The three stars are for settlement occurring on time but once again, there was poor communication during this process. I dread how this whole process would have been if I hadn’t been proactive and done so much work.

- Settlement time was given earlier but then it was delayed. It is a big problem for a simultaneous settlement. Thankfully, I didn't suffer from it.

At the end, it was a better experience than the last conveyancer I hired. I'd expect a proactive approach rathan than me pushing for deadlines and getting some results, though.

Conveyancing on land – Due to settle in about a week & I can't see they've done anything & not even my name is spelt right on the p/work. I'm having to go back to Auspost tomorrow with id proof because the list they gave me is wrong. They don't even have a trust a/c. I wouldn't use them again.
