has now been nearly two weeks of constant follow-ups with no sign of my money. To make matters worse, they are impossible to reach by phone and you only can voice mails. Never received a call from them. All they gave me was false promises via email. It is unacceptable to charge a customer immediately and then withhold their funds for weeks when you cannot fulfill the order. I will be escalating this to NSW Fair Trading immediately.

Under Australian Consumer Law, products must be fit for purpose, particularly where the seller has been given the relevant specifications. This has not been met in this case. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious when purchasing from this business.

Poor place to buy on line I bought a slow cooker and it still hasn't come When will I get it
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID – I mistakenly placed an order through eBay and cancelled within the same minute. Four hours later, they denied my cancellation and said the order had been sent. The site shows the tracking number was generated at 12.04 a.m. on the day but also shows my order was placed several hours later at 1.24 p.m. on the same day. After contacting Aus Post Tracking, the number supplied was false.
Tracking Number Invalid – I ordered a Marshall headset and they sent me an email that it's already dispatched with the tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, no info was given on it's whereabouts. I decided to contact Auspost then and they emailed me back saying that the number provided is invalid. I've been messaging them everyday with the screenshot of the email from Auspost. I didn't receive any response at all.

Australia Post damaged one of them in transit and the store refunded part of my purchase even though the damage was minimal and didn't affect the product at all and I didn't expect a refund. All the way through they were exemplary with emails and communication. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Ordered falsely advertised item. They agreed to refund the price of the product, but I had to pay return postage, which was almost half of the price of the item. Furthermore it was advertised as Bunnings, yet Bunnings wouldn’t want to know about it. Very poor service. Wouldn’t buy anything from them again.

No Spare Parts – They do not have spare parts for the vacuum cleaner I purchased and did not inform me of this at the time of purchase (a breach of Australian Consumer Law- ACCC). The vacuum has only been used 18 times (over a period of time longer than the Warranty), or about 4 months of usage. I will never purchase from them again - online or through eBay.

Customer ignored – Have purchased an item on eBay with 2 years warranty but the item failed after 15 months. Have contacted the company and provided the information they requested. Since then all my emails remain unanswered. Contacted the Consumer Affairs Office to resolve the issue. Will never buy anything from the company again.
