Bluetooth doesn't connect – Hi i have the k hero legend 2 and i don't know how to bluetooth it to my phone. i turn it on, charged and ready but when i open the bluetooth settings it doesn't appear. is there a button i need to press or something?

So so so much better than I was expecting – I brought this for my daughter for her 5th birthday and when it arrived, we immediately brought another. The perfect Karoke Microphone – I got set of two Karoke Microphones. These Microphones are having the best sound quality, ease of use, quality and performance. Seamless to connect to your mobile and sing using both the Microphone. These microphones are very nice and clear, it's user friendly for small children and that it works seamlessly. It is perfect for karaoke time with family at home! Best part is the battery backup. Charge once and enjoy. Tons of fun in a small package.

Would be better if the mic charged properly/ doesn't work unless plugged in – After unboxing I was so excited & charged the mic for 12+ hours. Sadly the mic does not work unless it's plugged in. Which is very inconvenient. I hope the company can send me a proper battery & perhaps I'll update the review.

No voice amplification At All – This is a waste of money. The music plays from the speaker but the so called microphone provides no voice amplification whatsoever. We will be livid if we do not get a refund. Show details

Faulty Product - 0 customer service – Great product when it worked. We bought 2 of the microphones for our daughter which she loved then after several months 1 microphone wouldn’t charge at all and the other microphone runs out of battery after less then 5 mins. Have emailed k-hero no response. Our daughter loved these when they actually worked. So disappointed with the service and the product not worth the $$$.

23/12/2025 update: we finally recieved our second FREE Superstar 3 microphone yesterday. The response was swift after I posted on here. Their reason for the error was because they were busy. Original post: Beware of their current 2025 Xmas promotion: "Get a free Superstar 3 free for every $100 spent, Max 2 free microphones per order". So I put in a $300+ order for two Pro Max 2, only recieved one free Superstar 3 instead of two as per promotion. I have emailed++/Facebook msg. So far no response. Will update if I hear anything but so far feeling misled by the promotion and let down by their post purchase support with no communication. The Pro Max 2 are working fine for the time being. It's only been a few days since receiving the order.

I got the K Hero ProMax 3 for home karaoke, and honestly, it’s been awesome. The 30W speaker is surprisingly loud and clear for such a small microphone and it really fills up the room. cancellation feature too, it adds some fun to the whole thing. Bluetooth connection is super easy, and the battery lasts for hours. defo will buy another down the line. Overall it’s a great buy for anyone who loves karaoke at home. Totally worth it!

For many years now I have purchased six K Hero mics. Four 2 and 2 pro 3 , one would think I would learnt a lesson, but no I believed I was causing this hell of a problem. Amazing kids camera – We were after a kid friendly camera as a gift. It’s nice and sturdy and a great size for little hands. I was worried that it might be complicated for a young user but is definitely not the case (it looked to be the favoured gift so… winner). Very Impressed – I ordered a mic for my daughter for Christmas. When it arrived my hubby and I tried it out, we loved it so much we’re keeping it for ourselves and have ordered another one for our daughter.
