Such a shame to read the negativity of the online store as I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the in-person store at Erina. The staff are so helpful and lovely and it’s become my go-to for all kids toys, books and gift ideas. If you have a store near you in person, highly recommend you check it out. Ordered about 14 items both on sale and full price. After 10 days received email to advise that none of the 10 sale items were available only the 4 full price. arrive was poorly packaged and damaged. At this point I can’t see us ever being compensated - extremely disappointed and will never order from or trust this company again.

Sent wrong item, no email replies and gave false hope – I have ordered a toy for my daughters birthday only to find out they sent the wrong item. Never replied emails, called them which eventually got answered. [Name Removed], who answered promised to organise and confirm while also promised to give me gift card but ended up with nothing in the end. I had to drive up to their physical store in Camperdown to fix it up myself. Bad experience, wont order it again.

Cheap and poor quality silicone product – Item received was faulty. Silicone is brittle and damaged meaning it’s a toxic item. Reached out to customer service twice and they haven’t bothered responding. Do not recommend.

Good experience, Responsive service – I was really worried when my order was late shipping given the negative reviews. But when I contacted customer service by email, they promptly shipped my order and even refunded me 30% since the items had since gone on sale. Amazing!

without the doll?! To make matters worse, they haven’t refunded an additional $24, which I assume is for the shipping on the two remaining items. Absolutely infuriating and unacceptable! Would never shop here again.

- when I paid,I noticed the 30% sale price had not been applied (after I paid) and it was stayed “it’s not on sale anymore”. When I pointed out that they all the stick still had sale stickers on them she said “it’s an old sale and has finished”. When I explained that she had a legal responsibility to sell products at the price they are advertised at she ignored me and started speaking to the next customer.

Had I not been in a hurry, I would have demanded a refund on principle.

No apology, no accountability, no general courtesy.

Don’t shop here – My Mum ordered my child’s Christmas present on the 27th November 2024. She received a call after Christmas, a month after ordering, saying it would be dispatched in about 2 weeks. She requested a refund on the 17 Jan and 2025 as it had not yet been dispatched and has now just received confirmation of a refund on the 24 Jan 2025.

a solution to at least finally get the product that had been ordered and paid for. I am a long time customer in store at Brighton and Chadstone but this was my first time using the online service or rather the online no service. Disgraceful experience and I will not be giving one more cent to this company. Hopefully they are concerned about their overall 90% negative rating from customers. I note they also have a negative rating from employees but do hope they value exceptional staff like Ebony.

Left my whole family disappointed on Christmas – I ordered a heap from Kidstuff on Black Friday and I still don’t have a large portion of the order. I have emailed and submitted online queries and no one has come back to me. Made for a very sad Christmas. Order # 251339. Am desperate for a response. My son’s birthday is coming up - at the very least I’d like to be able to have the items to use as gifts.

Disappointing – The sales lady in the store in Newtown, VIC was lovely. So lovely that I ended up buying a lot of my Christmas presents for the kids there. Was very disappointed when I went to put the sand and water table together on Christmas Eve to discover numerous pieces missing. I have since contacted customer service online and they have been so unhelpful and unapologetic. I won't be shopping there again.

Terrible avoid this company – Don’t expect your product to arrive. Over 5 weeks no update given no product received. When customer service contacted I was informed my item was on shipping list but they can’t provide any estimate on delivery????

another email on 18.12 with a response advising my delivery should arrive in 48 hours…….Nope! Another email sent and then I received 1 out of 4 items ordered, on 23.12 I then sent an online complaint on 24.12 and another email requesting a call on 31.12 with absolutely No response to any correspondence!!! So very disappointed – Purchased online 1st week of December, Free Play Kids Strike Zone Soccer Net, and Santa sent this to a different address in a different state. OMG! The postal and billing addresses on the original order were the same, noted on the order twice and yet, this was still delivered to a completely different address. Still waiting for my refund! Extremely disappointed with the service.

The website said my order was in stock or I wouldn’t have ordered it. It obviously wasn’t. And I wouldn’t even mind if they communicated when it wasn’t in stock and gave me the option to cancel. Now I’m left with buying everything twice which I really can’t afford and then return everything from the delivery when it arrives. All while missing the sale so spending more than I would have. I also have to work until Christmas Eve so not sure how I’m even going to do that. The beauty of ordering early is putting some real thought into gifts and giving what the kids will love. Now I’m left with grabbing any crap off the shelves - not really the spirit of Christmas. Anyway, I can’t tell you how disappointed & stressed I am. I will never order from this place again and when these toy shops shut due to terrible service they will blame the Big Boxes but they should only blame themselves.
