explained the situation when I was rejected with the condescension and implying that I was lying because they can’t find my initial email.

I’d be more than happy with exchanging, returning and buying another item asap because i love the design, I just didn’t like this colour and i was terribly busy in the time i should have received it.

Really hostile towards customers who keep buying there.

Worst for me is not that I will end up with a colour that i dont like but that they spoiled th brand for me as i really don’t think anyone should be treating customers like this and we should really boycott greedy and hostile ( implying that i am lying before checking their own website)

would still like the rest of the order. If i was contacted, i would have cancelled my order. I paid full shipping for only a pen which i did not want without the diary. I was advised that a refund was processed on the 30th of December and the funds have still not arrived. Customer service have not been helpful. My bank advised that the funds should have arrived by now but Kikki K customer service representatives are not willing to be helpful any further.

I have been purchasing the same In-Scribe A5 diary for years and years. This years colour selection was obviously targeted at teens but I went ahead and ordered the most neutral (moss). I just opened my package and THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. The colour is worse than online and I'm so disappointed!

Bulky Diary – I purchased an A5 sized kiki k diary. Wont purchase next year, the binder rings are too big and bulky and cant fit hand in comfortably to be able to write neatly and use the entire page on the LHS

developer were leaving glowing reviews on a lot of the products with ❤️emojis all over the posts. This seemed very unauthentic to me. Now I know you are wondering wow, were they nasty comments people were leaving. No the comments were things such as I really used to love your brand but it’s been a long time since I bought anything. My thoughts are that ever since Kristina left the brand, the quality of product and design went down hill and I voiced that opinion. I wasn’t the only person that had this opinion, but I was the one that was vocal about it. Clearly most of the the old loyal kikki fans were not buying from them anymore and they had most likely/possibly gained a new customer base as they started putting out a real mismatch of products dog leads, pet coats, rain umbrellas, lunchboxes and nothing was cohesive. I missed the old kikki k as I used to spend a lot, and the thing is I am still using my beautiful products to this day. If this is how I am treated though for daring to have an opinion I am appalled and I don’t feel I can support a brand that does this. However I will not be silenced, I have a voice and I intend to use it, they can block me all they like but I wont be silenced. By the way pass this on to your friends…..

Ugly designs – The designs keep getting worse and worse, I’ve been buying Kikki k diaries for 7 years now and I collect them all. I look at the past designs and they’re so amazing. But now the designs are absolute rubbish and it only keeps getting worse. And the calendars keep getting worse too. Iam so saddened by this. I have to find another store now.

Poor customer service – Have to agree with the review of rudeness at Indooroopilly store. The staff ignore me when I walk in to browse. They don't greet me, they don't acknowledge me, and they don't ask if you want any help. They don't smile. They just stand behind the counter and ignore you. They make you feel unwelcome. It makes you feel like your intruding when your actually the customer whose there to spend money. Crazy.

explanation as to why they did not communicate with me. Parcel has only been sent and accepted by Australia Post 2 weeks after purchase so paid for express post for nothing. Will never purchase from this company ever again with such low poor customer service!

selected from the store were discarded behind the counter on the floor. During purchasing, the staff just dumped my stuff (including large diaries and books) into a big thin paper bag. The staff member then just walked off without giving me my shopping after I paid! Had to ask another staff for my shopping. Had to request a double bag as the initial bag wasn’t strong enough. Also realised some of my purchase was left on the counter (and not placed into my shopping bag) - staff just ignored me when I voiced my issues. Disappointing - unlikely to shop here ever again. Use to be a regular shopper of the brand.

to write any real notes at all. I am so disappointed. I have monthly dividers that I can't return as I took them out of their packaging ready to set up my diary, I have a planner folder that I have no use for and basically don't know how you can sell a product that doesn't work as it is meant to for your own product.

The quality is so bad now :( – I used to LOVE Kikki K! The designs/colours/quality were fabulous and felt special. My local store closed so I did an online order and I was shocked by the low quality and dull colours now. I read that Kikki K was bought out so that probably has something to do with it. Large calendar – I have been buying the large wall calendar for years and often buy for presents as I found this calendar great. This year I am so disappointed as there is no colours on the calendar or the stickers. Completely lacking in visual appeal and makes it hard to differentiate the columns. Hopefully this is just a trail and will revert to the original calendars in the future as I will not purchase next year if they are. Show details

Where’s the old Kikki.K style gone – The old range at the start of Kikki.K was so much better in colours, pictures, picture arrangements, styles and themes. It was much more alive and full of life. The products were so pleasant and pleasing to the eye that it was tough to stop at buying just a couple of things. Even the rapping papers were better than most others out there. prioritising fixing this issue so my order could go through. Days pass so i check in with them again. Still have a technical fault apparently with no timeframe still of a fix still. Sensing somethings not right i ask if they can find the products in our local store as they offered this as a solution initially - i didnt think id need it as i thought a technical glitch would be fixed relatively quickly. They replied saying yes theres stock so let them know and they can arrange it but no replies since! That was few days ago. So i contacted my local store but have to repay for the items to get them from there and now cross my fingers i get a refund. Not holding my breath! The store lady was wonderful but the online store i wont be visiting ever again.

Product not what I ordered – I ordered a refill for my Diary cover on Dec 29 th. It has at last arrived but they sent me a Diary instead of a refill. I have tried three times to contact by phone provided. Answer phone leave messages, order no. Etc. did that! Sent email. No response. I told the young girl I had an exemption and she said it didn't matter and I had to leave. I have been a customer for a long time but never again. Missing item replaced and sent before Christmas – Just a quick note to say how impressed I have been by customer service. I ordered a monogrammed planner and notebook plus pen for my daughter for Christmas and unfortunately the pen was missing from the order. I emailed Kikki K and received a very quick and prompt response. The pen has been replaced and arrived today in time for Christmas. Poor quality now – The metal rollerball pens are absolutely terrible, the ink practically runs out of the pen and is very heavy and dark on the page . Their pens used to be of high quality , they are charging $20 for 1 pen, so you expect it to be better and not bleed through the paper to the next page !! Show details

I don't really understand this type of "concept" or business decision at all. This experience definitely put me off from any further wish to shop with Kikki K.

Used to love them. Quality terrible now – My set of kikki k pens I've been loving and using for the last 6 years finally ran out of ink. I purchased more ball points and a set of mini highlighters. The quality now is trash. The highlighters are absolute garbage, clearly not alcohol based so they streak VERY badly and dissolve and tear the paper and streak any writing they go over. felt tips are too hard and the caps on the pens are very hard to get on and off. One of the ball point pens was $10 for one and arrived with cosmetic damage with ink smeared on the barrel from some other marker and the enormous price tag label stuck over the whole thing took so much work to get off and then clean all the awful glue residue. The other ballpoints I received also had cosmetic damage. None of the pens writes well, scratchy + poor flow. When you're paying a premium you don't expect quality far worse than you get at officeworks. Will try to get a refund, but definitely won't be shopping there again, they've cut quality. Also packaging is non existent so no way to give as a gift. Things show up tossed in a unmarked envelope, no packaging

Ordered in January 2021 and I still do not have my order – I followed up my order via email after a few weeks. Apparently their courier left it in a news agent without leaving a card to notify me. The kikki k customer rep asked me to check the newsagent and promised to call me the next day to make sure I have received it. It was not in the shop.. I never received a follow up call.
