I don’t have an order number sorry. I just want to purchase a replacement backrest component as the Delta sofa i’ve acquired is missing it. If it helps, the product info on the tag reads: KING TOTAL QUALITY SYSTEM. Deltas Back Tango CustardApple 02 2611

and then there is a barcode which reads: R210531.03

Hi Brett, Unfortunately those details are not linked to anything we have on file. Each piece of your Delta should have a white tag inside the covers. If you could please take a photo of it, as many as you can and I'll be able to use that information.

We are early in the journey! Perhaps the better question: are there any models that fit a standard fitted sheet and if so, what size? Otherwise what do you suggest that customers use for guest bedding, e.g. flat sheets, custom sheets produced by King Living etc.

Dear Suzanne, I apologize for the delay in responding to your query. Our Design Team has informed us that for Jasper, a single bedsheet will suffice, while a double bedsheet can be used for Delta. Generally, flat sheets can be used on our sofa bed. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer custom sheets for our sofa bed, and we do not have an update on when this will be available.

In order to provide you with a comprehensive response to your inquiry, we kindly request your assistance in locating the order details in our system. We would appreciate it if you could send an email to customercare@kingliving.com.au and provide as much of the following information as possible:

- Invoice number - Mobile number associated with the original order - Name listed on the original order - Address at the time of purchase - Year of purchase

If you do not have the original order details readily available, you may find a white tag attached to your lounge. This tag could be located in a pocket or within the covers. It should have a barcode, and beneath it, you will find a sequence of numbers or letters or a combination of both.

Hi Norelle, the size of the Delta ll made into a bed is 160 cm x 206 cm x 30 cm deep. For a standard fitted sheet the Queen size is 152cm x 203cm x 40-50cm, which should fit. For the flat size sheet the Double standard size is 230cm x 260cm. Some sheets brands do offer a deep wall option also. The above sheet sizing information is from Sheridan Sheet size guide.

King sales assistant did sell this feature when I was purchasing the couch. I checked my couch, the fabric seems to be secured underneath with Velcro but you would probably need a professional to re-cover it. It doesn’t look easy to change.

Pros. Very comfortable for sitting and great to customize to your space Has been useful for storage and also when guests come to say Everyone who's slept on it says it's great. Cons. Not super easy to move around, esp as a women trying to do it yourself. The video makes it look a lot simpler than it is.

We went with the premium fabric, it pills a lot as pulls very easily. Would suggest a different fabric or leather.

Haven't used the table we purchased at all. The wooden table to slot over the arm would have been better.

Hello mickymack, one of the many unique features of King Furniture sofas is being able to change the covers. This adds years of life to your sofa and provides an opportunity for a refreshing change. Costs are dependent on what you want to recover with. Your closest King Furniture showroom has sample books of stunning fabrics and leathers from which to make a selection.
