We bought 2 lounges from King Furniture & the cushions on our leather lounge started sagging. King Furniture replaced them under warranty.  Follow-up  · Yes all the above requirements worked well. I still have issues with the Loudspeaker brackets you supplied, and as shown in your showroom. It took 3 months to have our broken chair's base replaced by the King Living service technician. The email responses appeared to be AI generated. However, in the end we did receive very satisfactory customer service regarding the delays.

 Follow-up  · The technician however was excellent, the spare part / repair was effective. The technician also provided useful information to resolve the same issue should it reoccur. The cause of the delay was waiting for the spare part to be ordered and then manufactured, as the chair model had been discontinued.

that it needs replacing. King want me to pay $1000 without any guarantee the problem will be fixed. The recliners dont even last 24 months with needing repairs!!! Terrible offshore customer service which I think is strategically designed to make customers like me give up. I have been into the Gold Coast centre to speak to the manager but I'm yet to have anyone call me back to deal with the issue. I've seen so many other reports online of problems with faulty recliner mechanisms. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years, and this is how they treat people now!! Buyer beware. King Living in 2026 is not the same company it used to be. I keep getting a different story from their customer service everytime I ring up-- first they said they can offer me nothing, then 30%, then 20% then they said they will close my case! EXASPERATING!

bought a desk. Store experience with Lluvia was great, the desk came a bit earlier than promised. However, one of the legs didn't fit in the slot. This was where it got annoying, because from the time I called the store complaining about the issue, until they were able to finally schedule a technician to come and fix the slot, it took almost a month. John Paul was the person from the repair team that coordinated all this. It seems he was great, as he provided updates when something just took forever, just apologizing and making sure that it's in progress and didn't just fell through the cracks. It seems the interdepartmental/ interteam communication, that was somehow super slow... Even before John Paul stepped in, my request was apparently in someone's inbox who, for a reason or another, didn't get back to me after for almost a week, and hence John Paul took over, when I phoned to ask for an update as it had been radio silence since I communicated the issue. Fortunately, the Technician finally came, took him half an hour to fix the desk, and I got a good discount.

So John Paul, Lluvia, manufacturing and Lluvia are all five stars. The second purchase, and my experience with all the delay, four stars.
