Stole my money and refusing a refund!
I tried to buy a game on their website. They took my ETH as payment, cancelled my order, and are refusing me a refund. Horrible company, full of scams, and their whole process is ridiculous. $44 down the drain.

Watch out! They scam you out of your money! I bought what I though to be a steam key that was an account instead of an activation key. I had no idea how to use this key and requested a refund. Now they claim that I changed the accounts password?!!?!. I didn't even use the account! So, I escalated it to the Kinguin service&support department. Got the following reply:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for your patience.
We have received confirmation from the seller that account credentials have been changed, as such, if you wish to be refunded, please set them back to default ones.
Otherwise, we will be forced to reject this case.

No issues so far
I've bought about 6 keys so far for xbox and all have worked with no issues. Keys were delivered to me in like 30 seconds as well.

SCAM WEBSITE STEALING YOUR MONEY!
I purchased a key for a PC game and when I went to activate it, the key was already used (invalid). When I tried to report it to the merchant I got no response. When I escalated to Kinguin support 8 days ago now, still no response. I am writing as many reviews as I can to tell everyone DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this site. They are a SCAM SITE and will STEAL YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!

Customer support: Never answer, after even after their 48 hours “SLA” – They said ist 24/7 ready to answer
Chatbot: Never has any agent, since it started!
Paid with bitcoin: Order gets cancelled, i never received the product.
Opened a ticket: the preferred solution was Replacement of Key, they gave me back 11 Euro to “KINGUIN BALANCE”, and you CANNOT SPENT IT ALL IN THE CART, ONLY THE HALF OF THE PRICE, Its the biggest scammer website in the world. I begging you if you don’t want to waste your money, avoid this polish scammer website!

Delivered software did not work
I bought the antivirus software from Penguin( www.kinguin.net) and when I attempted to install it, the product key was invalid. Simply, they have cheated me by sending an expired product key. They refused to refund what I paid online. I warn everyone to avoid doing business with this cheating organization.
Initially great, soon followed by disappointment
I ordered a few games off Kinguin, at ridiculously low prices (paradise killer, echo, age of wonders, all about 1-3 pounds). I was very happy, quick response all activated successfully on Steam. Happy gamer here. Then I ordered The Ascent. Within 15 minutes I got an email asking me for photo ID before they would approve my purchase. Maybe I am being overly cautious here, but there is no way I am sending something like that to a keystore. It made me question their legitimacy. To be fair they did refund my money quickly, but why did they need Australian id to approve a PayPal purchase? Somewhat dodgy I think.

Don't waste your money here.
I bought a 30 euro steam code that was faulty. Spent nearly a full month talking back and forth with the merchant and customer service, after being sold what is either a duplicate key or just some made up code altogether, to only be told that the merchant has miraculously found that I have in fact redeemed the "working" code. Even when I previously showed numerous times I hadn't redeemed the code with screenshots of my gift card history on steam.
Ultimately, just don't make the same mistake as me. Stop looking for other ways to get easy cheap g

I've already spent 20 days going back and forth with the support team. I could've scrounged enough loose change from couches and made my money back in the time I spent dealing with your support team. So no, I won't be contacting your ticket system.

waste of money terrible customer service software not working
I purchased Eset internet security and asked numerous times to get help as it constantly didn't get activated on my pc, after giving up I asked for a refund and got refused. ended up paying for software that isn't working. don't be the next one.

First, ever since signing up to Kinguin, I’ve received multiple spam calls a day, and about 20-30 spam emails that get past the filter into my main inbox.
Second, they won’t let you put an exact number into your Kinguin wallet, so you’ll never use exactly all you money, thereby effectively donating to Kinguin.
I really have no idea how this scumbag, superfluous middle man of a company even exists. All Kinguin does, is add an extra step in the purchase process which costs you money and your privacy.
I cannot express in words how fervently I’d encourage anyone reading this to AVOID KINGUIN AT ALL COSTS

Cheap Keys, Cheaper Customer Service
They are fine until something goes wrong, then there is trouble. Wanted screenshots for a refund but how do you screenshot that the seller sold you a PC game and wants you to register it on xbox.com! I cancelled the complaint and took the loss rather than deal anymore with their terrible customer service.
