Site is for selling stolen goods and buying using stolen cards – Email was hacked and the hacker used it to sign up to kinguin.net and go on a shopping spree, wanna guess why they used this site. Well apparently according to customer service this site is not responsible for anything on this site. if you are a scammer or thief then this site is a haven for you with no consequences. Naturally that means I was not refunded.

The deals are so good I can manage to convince my friends to get games they would have passed up due to MSRP prices.

To be honest I'm looking at some of the non-game keys like Office, but the reviews on non-game keys have me worried, so I have held off for the time being. I'll likely take the plunge soon though since those prices can't be beat.

messed up my currency, item more than original store – They messed up my currency and that made the item more expensive than if i bought it from the original store. Customer service didn't do anything to help me. Will not return Update: I contacted my credit card and said I didn't get what I expected. They refunded the difference between what I paid on Kinguin and what I could have paid on another site like CDkeys or Instagaming.

Straight Up Scammers – They ripped me off by sending me a product key that does not work / has been used previously, and preceded to tell me it was my fault when I wanted it to be replaced / refunded and would not do this. Basically ripping money out of my hands.

Don't risk your money – It's a paradise for scammers. You have 50% chance to get invalid keys and there's another 50% chance that customer service can't solve it. Don't risk your hard earned money there.

Stole my money and refusing a refund! – I tried to buy a game on their website. They took my ETH as payment, cancelled my order, and are refusing me a refund. Horrible company, full of scams, and their whole process is ridiculous. $44 down the drain.

Scammers! – Watch out! They scam you out of your money! I bought what I though to be a steam key that was an account instead of an activation key. I had no idea how to use this key and requested a refund. Now they claim that I changed the accounts password?!!?!. I didn't even use the account! Addition: They closed the ticked. I cannot respond to them anymore.

Conclusion: They sell you an account that you thought was an activation key. After complaining and requesting a refund, the seller quickly changes the account password. After doing this they claim that I somehow changed the password. Of which no proof is given.

A very smart and nasty scam of which there is absolutely no defense whatsoever. Other then NEVER doing business with them ever again.

being overly cautious here, but there is no way I am sending something like that to a keystore. It made me question their legitimacy. To be fair they did refund my money quickly, but why did they need Australian id to approve a PayPal purchase? Somewhat dodgy I think.

Don't waste your money here – I bought a 30 euro steam code that was faulty. previously showed numerous times I hadn't redeemed the code with screenshots of my gift card history on steam. Ultimately, just don't make the same mistake as me. Stop looking for other ways to get easy cheap gift cards from obviously sketchy sites and go find one at a store or something idk. waste of money terrible customer service software not working – I purchased Eset internet security and asked numerous times to get help as it constantly didn't get activated on my pc, after giving up I asked for a refund and got refused. ended up paying for software that isn't working. don't be the next one.

scumbag, superfluous middle man of a company even exists. All Kinguin does, is add an extra step in the purchase process which costs you money and your privacy.

Cheap Keys, Cheaper Customer Service – They are fine until something goes wrong, then there is trouble. Wanted screenshots for a refund but how do you screenshot that the seller sold you a PC game and wants you to register it on xbox.com! I cancelled the complaint and took the loss rather than deal anymore with their terrible customer service.

Kinguin and have been on the roundabout for the last three days. They keep asking for screen shots of error message, to date I have sent three but still no response. I am getting refund via PayPal as I don't trust them.

I’m applying for a homeloan or something. I immediately sent the pics as I wanted to receive the orders and it’s now been 3 hours and I have not had a response to 20 seperate follow up emails. They’ve dissappeared and taken my money. If this organisation is not a scam like I believe they are they better fire their representative rysiek and he should be sacked immediately. Used keys and poor support – Bought a license key for ESET and when I tried to use it it says that it's managed by another account. Contacted their support and they just told me to use it, which I already tried. Escalated to Kinguin who expects multiple screenshots of things they should already know or I've already provided.

FRAUD with license-codes. You ONLY GET get an "extra-device code" – You read "1 year, 5 devices" (that is: "a full standard-license") in the product text. Which for the antivirus-product I did buy, was "ESET Internet Security - 1 year, 5 devices". "Just a very Basic access", because : - The code is not the product-license-code - it is instead the code, that is used for "adding 1 more device", => you have no control - no internet-admin page (where machines can be added/removed etc). => the license is not even a "1 device" license (with full-control - a license, that you actually can buy for the same money, legitimate!).

They earn money, on cheating like this ... and it resembles mafia-like methods ... and might be just that!

So: AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

And, PS: You can even LOOSE the device-access. Because "the owner of the multi-device license", can just remove your device from his/her license, and after this the "company" can just sell this "device" code to another prey/customer! (infinite!). So, this is A MONEY-MACHINE !!!! And THIS IS with common words = CRIMINAL SCAM-BUSINESS !!!!

Professionnal, quick, good service, great prices – This is a grey market key reseller, but it's about the best there is! Good interface, never had any problem.
