I ordered a onesie for my daughter and it came with two holes in it in the crotch area. Very poor quality clearly. I connected them via email on 4 occasions and no reply at all. Really poor customer service.

I recently bought the very beautiful deep pink rosette quilt & matching pillow cases PLUS some other pillow cases with an exquisite flower, bird & butterfly design. The quality is outstanding and the colours & design are breathtaking. I honestly can't say how much I love them as they are soft & dreamy & just what I was looking for. Highly recommend in a heartbeat.
Kip & Co has been my go-to when it comes to gifts or something special for myself. It is unique and sprinkles a little colour through my day. Highly recommended!

I love shopping online at Kip and Co. it’s become my go to for thoughtful and unusual gifts and glassware but the reason I love it the most is the cotton bedding. I have a varied assortment of sheets and doona covers now in prints that really lift my mood and make me smile every time I go into the bedroom. Favourites are the florals. is my fave colour and even my husband can appreciate how homely our house is. My daughter is sensitive to fabrics and she loves the bamboo t-shirts and her matching colourful gum boots. Even our dog has a pretty collar. Love it all!

Be aware of this brand. I'm in NZ and their velvet cushions which cost over $100 each started falling apart after 18 months and the fibres are constantly coming out. Their quality is very poor. I have purchased velvet cushions from H&M for $13 which are way better.
Incorrect item shipped inside the correct packaging. Ruined a Christmas present. Now not answering emails.

they are good quality and received well. Also, the dog leads are fantastic, excellent quality. I love looking on the website to see what new goodies there are to buy.
Follow-up · As a follow up, now that I have been wearing the PJ's for a while, I still love them and I am still sure that I will only be buying PJ's from K&C in the future, they are that good. They have washed well, I am now tempted to put PJ's on a bit earlier as they are so nice.
Every single item of bed linen I have purchased over the years have been of the highest quality and the most amazing designs well done always looking forward to seeing more of your amazing products.

Never deal with this company! They lie about their stock, their actions and their refunds! Be warned in your gave any issue as they won’t provide any decent customer service
Stay away from the clothes. The sizing is totally wrong and they wont return or exchange it. I brought two size 3 bathers that when held up to eachother were totally different sizes. I also brought a 3xl for my partner in tbe board shorts which compared to his friends size large. As I brought them on sale they wont even exchange them or give me a credit note so I wouldnt buy from them again. False advertising on sizes.

Have bought various table cloths over the years as gifts. Bought myself a beautiful Ken Done quilt cover from Kip and Co too. The designs are beautiful and the quality exceptional. Very happy with all my purchases.
Second set of sheets I have brought they are stunning bright and wear well. Pj are beautiful so pretty I could wear as a shirt top with some shorts or jeans aswell.

Always have fantastic quality items. Even when I had an issue with my order, they rectified it satisfactorily however the delay in customer service getting back to me was longer than the 5 business days they advertised. Overall happy customer.
