Cutlery delivered in 1 week. No any issues – Bought cutlery Robert Welch Radford 24 pieces from Kitchenstyle. It took around 1 week to be delivered to Perth. I have not experienced any issues with the delivery, placing an order, or an item itself. The price had a Boxing day discount and it was the same price as in David Jones. Excellent customer service! – I wanted to order some Maxell & Williams Motion dessert spoons but accidently selected table spoons instead. The wonderful customer service person not only emailed me but then called me directly, when they'd received no reply, to double check that my order was correct (which it wasn't). The order was changed and the right spoons arrived. Now that's amazing customer service!! The spoons are perfect :-) Show details

Woll frypan - terrible – Purchased 2 Woll frypan's but the handles were loose. Very poor workmanship. I complained they said they'd send me some screws, FOR ME TO FIX. Any other reputable company would have just replaced the product. Its now 3 weeks later and the screws still not received. How hard can it be. What a bunch of incompetent morons. Last time I'll buy anything from this company.

Awful customer service, received different plate from one ordered – Ordered plate based on name printed on bottom of plate - Salt and Pepper EDGE. Received a different style of plate with a sticker on base stating EDGE. I'd previously ordered EDGE bowls and received correct style. Wrong plate style is not my fault. Do not purchase, items not delivered, no refund – Ordered items on 24/11, no delivery to date. Kitchenstyle blame the courier, I no longer need the products. No refund, no communication. Would not purchase from this company there are better kitchenware websites out there that stand by their service.

Fabulous team – It's easy to give a shop a great review when everything goes OK. But I am giving them a 5 star review of how they deal with something not going OK. Ordered a set of pans, 2 out of 3 arrived damaged. Reached out to them, they were prompt, responsive, helpful and forthcoming. High level of customer service, excellent communication, can only recommend.

was unsure about a few things, before ordering, and he was great. I even asked him if he could ship my package straight away, and no problem. He was very helpful at answering my questions and didn't rush me through at all. My products came in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend. Poor service – I have bought from this website twice, the first time was smooth sailing. The second time i had issues with the delivery company and then with one of the products I bought. Both of my emails to KitchenStyle were never answered on either subjects and when i put in a review for the falsely advertised product they simply refused to post it.

Very disappointed – I have had a terrible experience with this business. I was sent the wrong item and then when I emailed to let them know, one month later they have still not replied or sent the correct item. I have called multiple times with no answer, and when I finally did speak to someone I was assured I would receive a reply within 24hours and I am still waiting a week later. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend them at all.

Great product and price however painfully slow delivery – Nothing on the website to explain delays, I ordered a grater and micro plane. It took 4 weeks. It wasn’t even packed for 2 weeks. I've rang back to cancel my order again and the father, the very very rude father! absolutely yelled at me! Telling me that I was yelling at him. I wasn't! But then I showed him the difference by saying, 'this is yelling!'.. He can dish it out but can't take it! He hung up on me!

I could not believe it, customer service is disgraceful... An elderly women shouldn't have to deal with this seriously aggressive behaviour, over a toaster! Will tell you now. This is not a professional set up nor is he a man! A real man does not behave like that, he's just another aggressive male that thinks he has the right to behave the way HE wants. Discracefully!!!

Items Damaged – Ordered 2 items and after a very long wait for items to arrive, both items were damaged and not replaced by seller even after immediately notifying seller with photos, had to chase seller on several occasions to replace but seller would not replace. EXTREMELY DISHONEST RETAILER, DO NOT USE.

Waiting two weeks and still no delivery – At this moment I am not sure if this is a real business. I did get an email saying there is a delay and the'll be in touch. Hmmmm. Why not send what you have now and then the rest later? Or, as a customer service, indicate items that are 'out of stock' or will be delayed at point of selection. If I knew it was this slow I would have gone to a store.

Locker address, initially claiming Aust Post refuse to accept courier delivery (just not true). After some email and telephone discussion, a full refund was provided and the order cancelled. Hard to do business with a firm who prioritize their own logistics preferences over the constraints working people have if they are not free to use a place of work as a delivery depot. I would have left it at that, but then they sent me an email inviting me to review an order they refused to deliver?!

DO NOT do business with this company- Excellent at bad customer service – I bought a set of laguiole cutlery in Feb, by April a few pieces developed rust. I emailed them inquiring about warranty and they offered to send me replacement pieces. However 4 months later and eight emails of false promises of replacement, I am left with beautifully rusted handmade cutlery (Ps. they claimed to have sent out two replacements, once including sham tracking information)

Bodum Pavina glass flawed and soon cracked – Bodum Pavina double was glass purchased and had a flaw in the lip. Within a couple of weeks a crack appeared next to the flaw. Kitchen style declined to refund or replace.

Great experience from start to finish – Ordered 3 Essteele per Sempre saucepans and casserole pot. After 2 days sent them email to check everything was ok as order said pending on website. Within 1 hour had reply saying all was good and would delivery would be in 2 days.which was to be the next Monday, turned up early Tuesday morning. I'm in another state, Unpacked everything was spot on, will be back and have told couple of people of the money i saved, about 350 bucks.

broken (with photos) and how many replacements I'd would need. This is where the customer service deteriorated - the owner claimed not to have received my email so only posted me some of the items. I have emailed and called to get the rest of the items replaced however I seem to be being ignored. I have ended up with 7 dinner plates, 6 bowls and 8 side plates - not exactly a matching set. Very disappointing indeed. I will definitely not shop here again.

Fast service no issues transaction – I brought a PL8 mandoline. They were cheaper ( incl postage ) than anyone else around. Ordered on 27/12 and received regional address 2/1. Zero issues with the courier, but he’s known to our area and will leave if authority is given. I would use this company again.

Excellent delivery – Despite the long wait for an out of stock product, the company tried their best to offer different options if the order could not be completed before Xmas. Excellent delivery service, one of the fastest and most efficient parcel delivery services yet. Included a copy of the signature and name of person who accepted delivery.

day wait for the pan they never returned my calls and they never picked up the phone, this is never a good sign.

When I did receive a response to my email it came with a copy of the delivery companies record of the item. The pick up date was wildly different from the dates i received from the company one week earlier.

Amazingly quick service – Ordered 40 Stanley and Rogers forks at 1pm on a Wednesday, had the delivery by 10am on the Thursday. Emailed them prior to ensure they had stock, replied super fast and confirmed they had stock.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service – Three days after payment, I still haven't received a dispatch email. I had to ask them where the order is at, and I was told the items I paid for were out of stock. Again, like other customers experience, no apologies offered. I'm not keen to give them my business again.

Fantastic Service – Ordered in morning and received in afternoon of same day to Sydney. Also regarding other reviews, couriers are contractors and are absolutely nothing to do with the supplier.
