Kitchen Warehouse Online Store

I have ordered from Kitchen Warehouse several times and have always found them to be excellent. On one occasion a dented pan arrived, and they replaced it in record time with no arguments. The service was impressive. I’m very happy with them overall. My only criticism is that they send follow‑up review emails with clickable links. In this day and age that isn’t safe. Please consider a different method.

Purchased an electric pizza oven online, it had an obvious fault from the second use. Contacted Kitchen warehouse customer service helpline, expecting the usual 648 questions that would eventuate in a “wrongful use” loophole around my purchase…..BUT, I got a sympathetic, helpful response immediately! How good is this company looking after the customer! I bought a juicer that had a major fault. Exceptional customer service. We purchased an appliance online which turned out to be faulty, through no fault of the store. When a customer unsubscribes, that should be respected. Businesses need to have proper systems in place to ensure email addresses are removed or suppressed from future marketing communications not to be constantly bombarded by emails you did not request.

This has left a poor impression of the business. I have now requested that my email address be fully removed from all marketing communications, and if the promotional emails continue, I will be lodging a complaint with ACMA.

so sad and upset that soent a lot of money on the plastic containers with self sealing lids the clip peices are very thin plastic and they 90 percent of them have broken so rendering the lids unusable etc didnt have a lot of money to start with then bought these and they break not happy

Had an issued with a product purchased from Kitchen Warehouse approximately 6 months ago. I contacted them and, to my delight, this is a company that still believes in good old-fashioned customer service and they replaced the product without question. A very rare find these days.

found them to be rather disinterested and they forwarded an email advising I need to send them a video of the unit.

I phoned Kitchen Warehouse to discuss the issue, the woman I spoke to took the time to advise me of the various connection points to make the unit work..........it then it finally worked. I wish to thank the kind woman who took the time to talk me through this problem, after she explained a number of things requiring connection it finally worked. I find it rather disappointing that Kenwood Support seemed to be disinterested.

I have always found the staff at KITCHEN WAREHOUSE to be extremely easy to speak with if you have an issue - most unusual in these times. I have purchased various items from them over the years and find them to be very approachable and honest.

have a 30 day money back guarantee. No asterisks, not additional T&Cs apply but if you scroll down to the bottom of their site, click on the tiny "30 day money back guarantee" it says "We’re so confident that you’ll love our products, we’re backing them up with a 30 day money back guarantee".

Just don't unseal or even dare think of using it because otherwise no refund for you. Just keep the product in it's box and use your imagination if you're satisfied with it. Otherwise they won't let you return it.

I've asked three times how a customer could know if they're satisfied with a kitchen appliance without even opening the box but they just ignore me.

They want me to waste food filming me using the device to show it's subjectively lacking in the power one would reasonably expect from how it's advertised or bring it into a store for "assessment". So what an an employee is going to make a smoothie and go "Good enough for me"? They won't clarify on that either.

Kitchen Warehouse does not publish negative reviews, so do not believe the reviews on their website. I recently posted several negative reviews of poor quality products and they have not been published. Having said that, their customer service is excellent and they refunded my payments for the poor quality products.

Kitchen warehouse online was almost unbelievably good service. Had a problem with an item inside the warranty period contact them via email and got a response in a good amount of time. Supplied the information they requested they assessed my claim and replaced item all in a geat amount of time. I purchased over $100 of products to qualify for free shipping 7 days ago and I am still waiting for a dispatch notification email. I sent them an email for an update as to the whereabouts of my order and I am still waiting for a reply a day later. As a result, I am now wondering if this is legit or a scam but based on reviews, it appears legit but I still am unsure. Would not purchase from this online store again.

Spent some time browsing the online website to pick some cookware and tells you at the very end that they don't have it available once you are decided and ready to buy. Waste of my time.
