Good service, good price – I was hunting around for a pizza maker and Kitchen Warehouse had one of the better prices so I ordered one online. I ordered it Sunday night and it was delivered [intra-state] by Thursday, so pretty good overall. My son and I went mad and made three pizzas in a row, learning that it is a bit of trial-and-error until you get the settings just right for yourself.

Within a few hours of sending Kitchen Warehouse that email I received a reply saying a replacement was being dispatched and apologising for the inconvenience.
The replacement arrived yesterday, no quibbles or delays from Kitchen Warehouse.
A company’s true customer service cannot be measured until you have a problem and after 12 years of shopping with Kitchen Warehouse I finally had one.
I received a replacement order within a week without any further issues, it doesn’t get better than that.
I am extremely disappointed with the substandard customer service I received. I purchased six large glass jars, which were not inexpensive, and upon opening three of them, I found that one jars lid did not sit properly, making it unusable. I contacted customer service with photos and attempted to send a video, but unfortunately, it would not send, and they have since ignored me for an extended period, which has now spanned several months.

They sent me a used item and it also contained a feather as well. Item is clearly used, dirty and I was charged full price for brand new. I have also contacted Consumer Affairs and the Ombudsman to investigate. I am genuinely furious. Never will shop there again. Also take note of their website, the reviews are fake, most. have a 30 day money back guarantee. No asterisks, not additional T&Cs apply but if you scroll down to the bottom of their site, click on the tiny "30 day money back guarantee" it says "We’re so confident that you’ll love our products, we’re backing them up with a 30 day money back guarantee".
Just don't unseal or even dare think of using it because otherwise no refund for you. Just keep the product in it's box and use your imagination if you're satisfied with it. Otherwise they won't let you return it.
I've asked three times how a customer could know if they're satisfied with a kitchen appliance without even opening the box but they just ignore me.
They want me to waste food filming me using the device to show it's subjectively lacking in the power one would reasonably expect from how it's advertised or bring it into a store for "assessment". So what an an employee is going to make a smoothie and go "Good enough for me"? They won't clarify on that either.

I recently posted several negative reviews of poor quality products and they have not been published. I phoned Kitchen Warehouse to discuss the issue, the woman I spoke to took the time to advise me of the various connection points to make the unit work..........it then it finally worked. I wish to thank the kind woman who took the time to talk me through this problem, after she explained a number of things requiring connection it finally worked. I find it rather disappointing that Kenwood Support seemed to be disinterested.
I have always found the staff at KITCHEN WAREHOUSE to be extremely easy to speak with if you have an issue - most unusual in these times. I have purchased various items from them over the years and find them to be very approachable and honest.

Spent some time browsing the online website to pick some cookware and tells you at the very end that they don't have it available once you are decided and ready to buy. Waste of my time.
Tried to leave a review about a product on their website twice, and both times it got deleted by the company. Note that it was a 2-star review about a product with quite a few flaws, and that left a rubber taste in our water. There were no inappropriate or harmful comments used in our review.
