size, even checked the measurements, however on getting home and checking it was the wrong size. ALL MY FAULT. I went back this morning and the lady who helped was an absolute Saint. Got it sorted no problem. And reduced the price. I was embarrassed as it was MY fault. Yesterday I was also looking for another obscure item. They didn't have it in stock. Later when in Kmart I just checked in case of. The very pleasant lady there that I asked said they didn't stock it and suggested Kitchen Warehouse. I said I had checked there and they didn't have it. "In that case I would say you are never going to find it" was her response. To me for a virtual opposition to recommend them is very high praise. Sorry, this is long winded but I just have to try and tell how wonderful this shop truly is.

Top right my stainless steel measuring cups, excellent and so easy to clean! Bottom left ceramic wasabi grater/garlic, next to the right, infrared thermometer, couldn’t live without It!
Next to the right my everyday stick in temperature gauge very useful, next right the strange looking white plastic tool, it’s a green been slicer, I absolutely love it, last but not least, my adjustable measuring spoon, again very us full!

Kitchenaid Artisan Mini Stand Mixed Matte Black – My mixer is a welcome addition to my other appliances. I have used it a number of times since I purchased it and it has delivered above expectations. An excellent product well worth purchasing. I made lasagna pasta sheets and the filling from the recipe that Kitchenaid provided and the result is as per my photo. Absolutely yum. Show details · 1
Poor breakage policy – Glass cannister set had two smashed items in the box. Glass fragments everywhere. Store wants the glass back to exchange the two items even though we provided a photo from home and the receipt from 2 days ago (boxing day). We have bought a few things there and recently went over to stock up on cooking pans etc and spoke with a lady there about ice cream recipes for our ice cream maker, well by the time we arrived (1 hours drive) She had researched our ice cream make, downloaded heaps of recipes and advices = we were stunned this shop not only has wonderful cooking products, but service is amazing. My visit concerned the return of a product purchased two days prior. Having noted that the item subsequently went on sale and confirming your "Fuss-free Returns and Exchanges" policy, I repurchased the product with the intention of returning the original.
From the beginning of our interaction, [Name Removed] demeanor was dismissive and condescending. She spoke in a raised voice and visibly rolled her eyes as I attempted to explain the situation, refusing to listen to my concerns. She immediately stated that I could not return an online purchase in-store and would need to contact Head Office if a refund wasn't processed within a week. She also incorrectly asserted that the product could not be returned simply because it had gone on sale after my initial purchase.
Her handling of the situation was entirely unhelpful, leaving me feeling disrespected and questioning the reliability of Kitchen Warehouse's stated return policy. [Name Removed] should exemplify excellent customer service; however, [Name Removed] behavior was the antithesis of this. She conveyed that my presence was an inconvenience and appeared visibly annoyed. Her rudeness was palpable, and her raised, belittling tone created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, not only for me but also for other customers present, and set a poor example for other team members.
While I generally value the product selection at Kitchen Warehouse, this negative experience with [Name Removed] has compelled me to reconsider shopping at your Cannington location. I believe it is imperative for management to address her approach to customer service, as it reflects poorly on the entire store and the brand. from everyday knives and forks so now look rather tatty. A flour sifter had its moving parts so loose that the flour gets between the screens and that is that, the moving parts DON'T move, one has to beat the sides of the sifter to make the flour come through. Ceramic cups that I acquired also scratched to oblivion very quickly. I will no longer bother to shop at KW.

Great products and great service – I was given a $10 birthday voucher to spend at Kitchen Warehouse, no minimum spend which is fantastic. Opened my emails to see the 4 cup egg poacher on sale. Well I love my eggs poached so I ordered one on line for pick up and added the birthday voucher and got the poacher for a bargain price.
