5 Star Customer Service – We had a warranty issue with a Le Creuset saucepan and the Assistant Manager Jo, from the Osborne Park store went above and beyond and handled this issue for us on our behalf with Le Creuset Rep. Very good, worth visiting – Great range of quality products with friendly customer service. It's where I go to make investment / long term purchases for my kitchen. I've enjoyed the use of my knives, enamel and cast iron products and they should last a lifetime.

Great customer service is not dead! – I recently purchased a pizza maker from Osborne Park Kitchen Warehouse. It wasn't the one I went into buy but the one I wanted was an online product only, and whilst the lady did offer to order it in for me, I decided to buy the instore product as I thought it was just an upmarket version of the same brand I wanted (they looked exactly the same).… Read more ·  1

The assistant encouraged me to phone back and let her know if it was as good as my previous pizza maker (which I had raved about) as she was considering buying one herself. Two weeks later I phoned back to let her know how disappointed I was. It was not a patch on the one I wanted and my pizza's burnt and stuck to the stone no matter what I tried, I think the heating element was faulty. I actually was not asking to return it as I don't usually return things, but just wanted her to know not to buy this model as it was terrible. The lady who answered the phone was wonderful. I explained the reason for my call and she was so sorry about me being disappointed with the product, she immediately ordered the pizza maker I originally wanted online and said to bring this one back and she would do a refund on it. When I went into the shop the next day, the ladies were so lovely and efficient, and the new pizza maker had already arrived in that morning's deliveries. I am one very happy customer, and will go out of my way to visit this shop in future. This was a fabulous shopping experience!

Faulty products – Had to return an ice-crusher which I purchases on-line. Delivery time very good but within three weeks the ice-crusher was rusting from the screws. Took it back to Osborne Park for replacement which I received. The response I got was not very good. When I said the screws should be stainless steel. Was told depended on how "stainless" the steel… Read more

was. Really! I work in the steel business and know if a product is to be in contact with water it has to be 316 grade at the least. After being given the replacement the woman just turned her back. Not very good people skills if you can't take the good with the bad. Won't go back to this store.

Anolon quick delivery – I love the Anolon brand ! I bought a sautese pan and frypan set which was amazing value at Kitchen Warehouse . Loved it so much I bought one for my son. Delivery was 2 days, fantastic!  Show reply

Stainless steel rusty in two weeks! – I bought a stainless steel dish rack two weeks ago. Had to return it due to getting rusty in such a short time.Got a refund. The salesperson said that all of their stainless steel products get rusty and need to be dried immediately. First time I heard this ever!

Love my new Noritake Dinner Set – So happy with my Noritake Dinner Set and the discounted price meant that not only did I purchase two sets, but I also bought the pasta bowls to complete the set for a more informal dining experience. Staff attitude and customer service – Aug 1: Rude, petty and unnecessary comments by staff to each other about customers (in front of other customers) at the sales desk. It must be a nightmare to work with such narky and unhappy people. Won't be back.

product. No product in store, we asked if we could be notified when one arrives in store and we will come to collect. The same man advised he does not know when, and we must come in to see, he said this is not available. He kindly offered our money back, (which we did not want, we wanted the product so we can use it, being a gift). Happy refunded our money.

I will most likely spend this money at a different store now. Very disappointed with the service.

Great online and instore shopping experience – I ordered my products online as I was working away. They arrived promptly within a few days. Unfortunately I needed to return one of the products, as I had ordered it as a gift, only to find out the intended recipient already had one! I took the product to my nearest store, and was offered either a total refund or a credit, without any issues at all. A great experience all round!  Show reply

I had to return them of course to get either my money back or a discount. giving me even the cost of the missing replacement they offered me a couple of dollars as compensation! Which tell me the company is not interested in customer satisfaction. Just in ripping the customer off once they get your money.
