KitchenAid KFP1333 Questions & Answers
Verifiedwarranty
I haven’t had any issues with my machine so I haven’t needed to use the warranty.
Mine was from 2 1/2 years ago,and I was told ( by the customer service dept in australia) expecting a product to work as seen on infomercial or advertisements was “unreasonable” and also told if I wanted better to by an Australian made product. Kitchenaid au did not check product or honour warranty however the good guys checked workability of product agreed it was unsatisfactory and they returned my money. My last contact from kitchenaid was “ Thanks for sending the email. We apologise for this experience. We will look into the matter further and a member of our customer care team will get back to you soon.” I am still waiting to hear from them. I did contact kichenaid in USA and they said they unfortunately had no control over au group and suggested I talk with consumer rights group. ( as a note to anyone else reading this I had the same issues with warranty with Tupperware )
Continually runs slow on speed 1 and speed 2 no difference. Needs new control board....none available.
Wow I have had mine for a few years now and don’t seem to have that issue. I hope you get it resolved.
Well, don't have a question to ask or a review to add; but would like to thank everyone who has left one. Was just about to purchase a kitchen aid thinking they're the best on the market and I now stand corrected. You guys have saved me a few headaches it seems! Thank you
Hello. Do the blades go right to the edge of the bowl? Ive heard that if they don't, that the processor isn't any good.
I just received a brand new food processor for my birthday and cannot get it to work. I have never had one so I thought it was me, however I have read the book front to back and I just cannot get the power to come on. Any suggestions?
