KitchenAid Mini 5KSM3311XAHT (Hot Sauce)

Very impressed, will go to this brand in future for baking appliances – We had an issue with our first delivery breaking down but it was replaced, no arguments, in double quick time. Many thanks to Appliances Online. We bought it primarily for the dough hook and bread making features but will now be using it for much more. We have just ordered the scraper blade and pouring hood as accessories. There are only 2 of us so this size is perfect.

It's quiet, compact and easy to clean. So far has transformed the quality of our bread by a mile, and there is also a great deal of info on YouTube from other bakers and enthusiasts.

I was not pleased that the KitchenAid web site was faulty over Christmas when I wanted to register our product, but they seem now to have fixed it. That's an hour of my time I will never get back though :-(
