KitchenAid Mini 5KSM3311XATB (Twilight Blue)

Worked great for 11 months!! – The stand mixer was great but it stopped working today and it was only 11 months since I bought it. It stopped working completely and I tried to turn it on again and it worked at very low speed and stop and work again and again. The motor doesn't sound right at all. However I tried to contact Kitchenaid service and hoping I will be contacted very soon as I need to use it to make a cake for my daughter BD.
Purchased in at Appliances Online for $293.
No regrets - I am converted to KitchenAid – Love my Kitchenaid Mini. Mostly it does exactly what I purchased it for, ie cupcakes, muffins, bread and pizza dough. It is a Mini, so whilst it's great for space saving on the bench don't expect to do large batches of dough etc, but I have found one loaf or pizza dough enough for a family of 4 to be fine. I purchased it knowing it was smaller than usual so I simply have to do 2 batches when entertaining and making pizza - certainly not the end of the world but when I'm entertaining that I could use the extra time so I will look to upgrade down the track to a Kitchenaid Classic. I did purchase this mini on sale for $250, a bargain, but if I was to pay retail or close to I'd probably have gone the Classic straight away as I do have the bench space available. The wattage concerned me at the start as it's so much less than other mixers but these pack a punch and are better than others I have tested. If you're considering one of these and the price is right, I would highly recommend it.
