The Krapof steamer mop is so easy to use. It is 100% better than using the old fashion bucket and mop. Floor comes up cleaner and removes stubborn stains that a mop will not. So pleased with this product!!!! Show details · 1

I have compression fractures in my back and neck, have had that for many years. I could vacuum for 5 minutes only and would have to sit down because of severe pain. Purchased the Kleva Hot Water Dispenser. Due to the cost of power that a normal kettle costs to boil, we thought we would try and save some money on our power usage and bill. Purchased a new vacuum from this supplier. It is very light and easy to use. There was an issue with the telescopic rod with this unit. The customer service was fantastic. The part was replaced very quickly. Communication was 10/10 Show reply
I purchased the stick vacuum. It's a flimsy stick and the dust cannister is extremely small. The suction seems to be ok, probably only for small stuff like crumbs. There is a light on the handle, which would only be useful if you take the pole off and just use if for a handheld. If you're looking for a stick vac I wouldn't recommend this one unfortunately. Follow-up · After owning for 2 months and using daily mainly for coffees etc the machine still performs as expected, easy to clean with just a quick wipe, the hot water basically dribbles out because the element inside has to heat cold water, so it goes through the machine in small amounts slowly for heating purposes, but isn’t an issue really. Sold as a convenience, but it needs to be watched and the cup topped up because it only half fills for safety. The topping up gives unlimited hot water flow until a button is pressed. Not good for poor sighted people. Show details

Purchased 2 rice/food cookers plus both had bad plastic burning smell. Tried the first one and after several days it just kept switching to warm without cooking the food. Opened the second one and also a bad burning smell of plastic or electrical wiring. The staff were very helpful and we returned the goods. The water is not as hot as boiling a kettle for making hot drinks which is one of the reasons it was purchased however it is quick to heat water and dispense it. Show reply
