Never again !! Slack service !!
I have purchased a grill off them it should have been here within 4-5 days when I called to say I didn’t get it they try and tell me the Gold Coast is rural and it will take longer the tracking supplied by couriers please doesn’t mean anything because it’s not right anyway .. I should have checked the reviews first as your reviews are shameful and I won’t ever be buying from your company again .. it’s just excuse after excuse with them and the couriers please delivery service !! Extremely unhappy !

I placed an order for 9 Super Sleeper Pro cushions which was accepted and payment was made. Later in the day I received an email to say my order had been cancelled and would be refunded (3 - 5 business days later, of course), without any explanation. I called Customer Service and was told they do not deliver to my post code, although they claim to deliver Australia wide. Subsequently got an email to say they could not deliver such a large order from NSW to WA, so conflicting reasons. Incidentally, I noticed that the price of the items I had purchased had increased on the website since my order was placed. Fishy excuses, methinks - left me wondering how ethical a business they are.

I ordered the nonstick cookware from Klevar Range as an anniversary present for my wife, but when I tried tracking the order through Couriers Please I was given the run around. When the product was not delivered in time for our anniversary I asked for a refund and was ignored. My emails went unanswered and the courier companies tracking numbers were just a pack of lies, because the parcel was eventually delivered by Australia Post 21 days after I ordered it. I cannot comment on the quality of their product because I did not see it, I was so disgusted I gave the package to the salvos unopened.

For ages I had seen their adverts & figured products would have to be bad if they would not give the chance to actually see what you were about to buy, but decided to bite the bullet & buy the diamond earth cookware set. I ordered it on August 2, would love to tell you what I think of it, but 22 days later I still don't have it!
The journey to date begins when they had no issue with my PO Box address being entered at purchase, but I received an email requesting my physical address later that day. I responded the next day & advised that courier

A week later it was sent. One person told me that the delay was due to a large amount of orders, but a second customer service person told me it was because the courier did not collect it for 7 days after receiving shipping notice. Somebody was lying. The set is to be sent to Tasmania, so, obviously they choose a courier who does not deliver to Tasmania. Tracking shows the product moving from NSW to Victoria, then back to NSW. When I asked why it went back to base, they said it was because the courier used NSW equipment to scan it, presumably while it was in Victoria. Made me wonder if a Chinese made scanner would tell them it was in China? Apparently it had actually been handed over to a Tasmanian agent, one who rang me a few days later to tell me they will not deliver to my address & I needed to provide an alternative address. I gave my PO Box, but nope they won't deliver to a post office either. There is no other alternative address I can supply. Courier said they will follow up with the main courier.It is sad that it has taken 2 negative reviews, a bunch of private messages, around six or more emails, and the threat of legal action to get these people to start realising they screwed up. Terrible Customer Service
I purchased the Kleva Sumo Slicer XL in April 2023 it worked fine until August 2023 and then it no longer would stay stuck to my stone bench, I Googled the issue and found a plate test presented by Kleva so I tried it and it did stick but unstuck within 60 seconds. I contacted Kleva as it said if it doesn't stick to the plate they would send a replacement base, I was asked to send a video of the problem which I did, after seeing the video I was told yes it is faulty but as I'd purchased it from Oz Sale they couldn't help me even though it was t

Apologies again, Kleva RangeOzsale sold it for you, they will come back to you with faulty goods, it's your product, you should replace the base like you state in your Google post, it's clearly false to claim you will replace it.
Advertised 2 for 1 next day despatch [Content Removed]
I found the site, I went on chat and asked if 2 for 1 still valid, "yes" they said. So I purchased. Next day despatch was 7 days later and only one item. The 2 for 1 offer was on another page, link to it was way down the screen.
What more can I say, they are crooks.

As at 21 July 2023 I ordered on 10 July and it is now slated to arrive 24 July. This is 14 days within Australia for an order of nearly $400. In the same period I have had Temu deliver 6 orders made at the same time and made up to 8 days after the Kleva order done and dusted and none of the Temu orders was over $80. This is absolutely inexcusable slow delivery. Blaming COVID is not an acceptable excuse

This company does nothing to retain your business. Bought the blender/soup maker and it was delivered with the incorrect advertised 'extra gifts'. Anyway there's only like half a dozen soup recipies, which is pointless when you can make your own soup in half an hour. Contacted them to let them know the wrong gifts were sent and they wanted me to SEND THE GIFTS BACK at my cost, and they would then send the correct gifts to me. She also sent me the incorrect measurements for the box, after measuring them myself they did not match the ones the customer service person gave me. Klevasonic quick clean stopped working after 2nd use
I was impressed with the way it cleaned my jewelry. Unfortunately, after the 2nd use it did not work (switch) to turn it on. It is out of Warranty so cannot get a replacement. I was not very happy, so I have now ordered a different sonic cleaner from another company. Very disappointed that it was only used twice. Was a waste of money.

I ordered on the 17th with "next day shipping". 5 days later I was advised the parcel had been shipped.
I complained and the poor girl bravely tried to explain they offer next day shipping but deliver in 3 to 10 days. Sorry... what? How is 3 to 10 days delivery in any way related to "next day shipping".
If you want to place an order with this company go right ahead.... but don't be fooled into believing they'll be shipping anything within the next week.

We do advise to only use wooden and silicone utensils on the Diamond Earth Pans in order to avoid scratching and damaging the non stick coating.

What does E05 mean on my Kleva hot & Cold soup maker/blender?

This means that the unit is overheating, this may be due to not having enough liquid in the jug, if the food is not cut up small enough or if there is any residue stuck to the bottom of the blade. Please do contact us on 02 9387 4100 if this issue persists :)
