When wearing it, it barely comes around the front enough to cover the legs. The heated part of the blanket sucks, it’s barely warm & it doesn’t heat up the arms or the feet. Such a waste of money.
I wish I had seen these reviews. Item took way longer then the 5 to 8 days. Took 20. Then not in proper packaging. Looks like something from kmart and not as advertised. Poorly made do not buy scam*******
BEWARE! Do not buy from this company. They clearly state on website you can wash the Kloud pillow and now it’s wrecked and they are claiming it is not washable and won’t refund me. Taking the matter to ACCC.

*Received blanket and almost immediately was hot and did not have cooling effect I had to result back to my normal blanket because I got over heated and need to turn the air-conditioning on. *Over priced the quality is not there. *If only it was actually a "cooling blanket" I would of bought more for my family. Scam - don’t waste your money – Doesn’t work as advertised, the cooling effect lasts maybe a minute before it’s just like any other blanket. Company phone number is disconnected and when they finally responded to an email told me they were only receiving refunds to their overseas warehouse and offered me a 30% refund instead.

dragged out. I constantly emailed them and then started to report to Afterpay as well as I used the services. Kept opening up disputes for this purchase within Afterpay, then CCed Afterpay in email exchanges with "Kloud".
With the exchanges with Kloud I stated that there should have a correspondence within Australia, the contact information provided on the website does not exist, that they listed a 30 day back guarantee, said that product description does not match item, it is misrepresented and does not work. I did not open the package at all and made sure to take photos as a precaution for when I received the item and just before I sent it off for return.
I hope this helps someone that mistakenly ordered from this merchant as I did. Just be persistent and know your consumer rights.
Absolutely terrible – Absolutely terrible. Does not cool at all, material feels like a very thin sleeping bag, synthetic material that does not breathe and just traps the heat in. Total waste of money.
Just awful – Fabric feels awful and cheap. It does not cool at all. In fact it made me extremely hot. Wish I'd looked at reviews before rushing to buy it. Absolutely do not recommend. Don't get ripped off by this useless product.
Poor product – Cheaper looking than expected for price. No Kloud branding on blanket or packaging, just a label with foreign language on it. Feels slightly cool at first, soon warms up.

Cheap imitation – Terrible product!!!! Rip off Feels like plastic and makes you hotter not cool. They are using the Kloud name and ripping people off as they think it’s associated with the awesome Kloudsac company. DO NOT BUY The Oodie and Neptune ones work great and are genuine products. These Kloud ones are absolute crap. And they take forever to arrive. Customer service is terrible and they won’t refund.
Not a fan – The tracking said it has arrived after waiting for 3weeks ish, but never arrived, contacted customer service and didnt receive any replies. My brother purchased around the same time as me and waited for around 4weeks, came in and it is just the same as any thin blanket. Nothing special.

up as a company called Naked Skin (this company also uses the same 1800 contact number). So I did a little digging and the Number is registered as a Fake number for fictional use with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
They finally emailed me back to ask me to confirm that I wanted to cancel my order (after I emailed them multiple times at the 3 email addresses I had for them (the one on the Kloud website, the one my order confirmation came from and the one from their afterpay details).
Clearly NOT an Australian Company as their website claims to be.

Scam - Don’t waste your money – I don’t usually write reviews, but I wasted over $100 for a cheap temu quality, plastic, toxic smelling blanket that has absolutely zero cooling effect. The blue colour looks like a hospital pee pad rather than the soft pastel blue advertised. Was supposed to be 5-8 days shipping with auspost, but actually took a month to arrive from a delivery company in China. False advertising and total waste of money.

S C A M – Scam. First off there is NOTHING about the blanket that is cooling, it heats up just the same as my bamboo blanket. Secondly, they lead you to believe they’re an AUSTRALIAN company, yet when you ask for a refund you get told you have to send it back to CHINA!!!
Absolute scam – Scam. No kloud reference at all on the product received. Came in plastic bag like a piece of clothing. Not cool at all when you leave your hand in over 10seconds. Size barely cover my bed, I called to enquire the refund process and its disconnected. Should have called first before making the order.

Love it – I got a pink pillow and pink cooling blanket and I actually love them both so much. The blanket feels so nice on the skin and I am a big fan freak so it’s nice to have a blanket that compliments that. I am happy with me purchase!

service. I ordered a white blanket and the blanket I received was yellow. The tags on the blanket are all in Korean. The tags when translated reveal the blankets are 100% polyester and not of any cooling technology at all. An obvious scam. Tried to leave a review on their website but my review gets accepted and not published.
Edit: I realise this company used to operate under Tha Pillow and I found their reviews here to be identical to my experience. So upset/disappointed
