Cheap quality - don’t use in timber floors – Cleans ok but head is cheap and scratches up timber floors. Needs better felt and rollers to protect floors. Yes- with the “hard” function which is meant to provide the protective brush but doesn’t. Can tell its cheap quality. Show details
Waste of money – Absolutely useless. Half way though a daily vacuum the entire unit needs to be pulled apart and the central filter cleaned, by digging through the dirt and manually pulling off the dust. Show details
Good to start got worse -Don't buy – This was a cheap vacuum that worked great the first few times then just became weak and useless really. Save your money to buy a better vacuum cleaner. Show details

It really sucks! – Bought this vaccum about 1.5 years ago, this little bugger really sucks since the first day! I think my mom bought it for $55(if i remeber correctly) and i was really wondering if it could pick up any dirt at all, but after 1.5 years of use, it still works as great as first day! To be honest I only vaccum my 2 bedrooms unit(wooden floor) 3 times… Read more
a month, every now and then I give it a good clean - take out the filter and wash the sponge filter(suppose you only need to dump the dust on Dyson??) but thats all, after a good clean the suction is as strong as new, it evens sucks out 2 buttons from my keyboard!
Cons.... Noisy Some of you may want a longer power cord( alright with me in a small unit) If i lift it up I can hear air is being suck in from the gap between the body and the dust container (handle is attached to the container) it may be a sign of aged but so far doesnt affect anything
After 1.5 years I can now tell you my $55 is well spent, on this little greate sucker, not a piece of decoration hanging(or charging) on wall.
Proven cyclonic suction design spoilt by significant design flaws and deficiencies - NOT RECOMENDED! – Yes this vacuum cleaner is powerful, not doubt about that. With a 2200 watt motor and a proven cyclonic suction design copied from Dyson it has to have good suction. In fact the cyclonic design is actually improved on the original Dyson design because you can simply unclip the top of the cyclone head and flush out the cyclones and dust chamber… Read more
with water. Cleaning a vacuum cleaner couldnt be easier!
But...that is not all that is required for a good vacuum cleaner.
Where this vacuum cleaner fails dismally is as follows:
FIRSTLY The main foam filter at the top of the cyclone head is moulded to a rubber seal which wraps around the cyclone head. The rubber seal can easily tear away from the foam filter just by pulling on the lift-off tab whilst trying to remove it for cleaning, thus rendering your vacuum cleaner useless. Yes you can avoid this by pulling the filter off by gripping the rubber seal (if by chance you knew to do this in advance). But what a flimsy design. It says to wash it in water. Just how long will it last before it falls apart anyway. Yes, you can purchase another filter for $16 including delivery from HE Group but for how long before they drop the line.
SECONDLY. The hose and telescopic shaft are far too narrow. You can expect large clumps of dust and hair or even bits of paper, plastic or tape to get stuck in the hose or telescopic shaft and block off the suction off again rendering this vacuum cleaner useless. The motor will then quickly overheat and burn out. Good luck clearing out the passage way when this happens,
THIRDLY: The telescopic shaft is far too short and with the longer narrow plastic hose connection, the whole thing feels very flimsy indeed. I wouldnt be surprised if this broke easily.
FOURTHLY: The provided suction head does not glide over carpet easily and quickly develops squeeks making vacuuming a difficult and unpleasant task. Furthermore no turbo-brush head is included to lift pet and long hair off the carpet.
FIFTHLY: Very short power lead so you must keep swapping power points. What a pain! Too bad if the vacuum cleaner doesnt reach into one of your corners away from a power point. You must use an extension lead.
SIXTHLY: No suction control. The motor runs at full power all the time. There is only the standard suction relief valve.on the vacuum hose to reduce suction (slightly) if it becomes necessary. Sorry that not good enough.
So in a nutshell - potentially a very good vacuum cleaner brought down by numerous cost cutting measures and deficiencies. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Great inexpensive vacuum – The Kmart bag-less vacuum is a great little unit for the price, it does the job well on my tiled floor, and has very good suction that is consistent. The unit is light, so its easy to move around, the power cord re-tractor works very well, noise wise its ok, the power cord is shorter than my previous unit, and also the barrel is smaller as well… Read more
so it needs to be emptied after each use (hence less one star), however these shortcomings are not major and I think this little machine will serve my family well, I have had it for few months now and still as good as new. The machine being bag-less also saves money as I don't need to buy bags which is great, and it also has an HEPA filter to cut the very fine dust from spreading when working.
Emptying the barrel is easy enough, also cleaning the filter (which I do frequently) is also hassle free (you can even wash it with water, which is great) so I expect this machine to server way past its warranty period which means its a very cost effective and hassle free product to have, highly recommended.

GREAT VALUE!! – Really happy with this vacuum, I have wood floors and large rugs. Easy to empty and has long enough cord. Most of all the price is incredible value. Not sure if I can purchase replacement filters in store though. Show details
A great vacuum cleaner. Good value for money – I'm very impressed. It's good value for money, lightweight, great suction and easy to empty. Found the telescopic rod a bit short for me so I swapped it over with my old vacuum cleaners one which is a good length for me now. Thank you Kmart for stocking this great brand. Show details
Great Vacuum – Great vacuum. Easy to clean out. Picks up everything including pet hair!! Strong suction. Only thing that could improve is length of telescopic rod and maybe the length of the electric cord. But otherwise great. Works great on all floors, does tip over a little but overall really good. Ok product – I been using Anko bagless vacuums for last few years. I had 2000Wbagless but due to wear and tear I bought 2200 W bagless. But it's ok . Do the job. I still prefer 2000W. For some reason the Vacuum suction is great for 2000 W. For $49 , can't be wrong but for 2200 W suction is ok. You expect it be be more powerful but it's not. Show details

Used once and now doesn't work – I bought this vacuum cleaner used it once and now it will not suck up when vacuuming carpet. It turns on and makes the noise bit will not pick anything up.. I have tried it on carpet and vinyl and doesn't work on either. I have checked hose etc and cannot find a reason for this. I no longer have the receipt and vacuum has been sitting since this happened. Not very happy with this. Show details

Big disappointment – I purchased a K Mart 2200w vacuum cleaner just over two months ago. I used it several times and was happy with the suction power but found the wand a bit short and the cord as well. I also found it a bit fiddly to empty and clean. However, these were minor inconveniences until today. I vacuumed my house, switched off and then remembered a spot… Read more
which I had missed so switched on again, the cleaner made a weird noise, emitted a puff of smoke and a burning smell and died. I know this was a very cheap appliance but one would expect it to last longer than two months. Hopefully K Mart will give me a refund.
Typical made in China Rubbish – Yesterday while the wife was using the vacuum it suddenly started making a horrible ssound and smoke started pouring out. The motor has burnt out. Just over 12 months old. Bloody dangerous. Was brought July last year. Show details
Rubbish... lost suction after a few months – Vacuum worked we.when new, has slowly lost suction lower over the last few months. Used on good condition carpet in an apartment... not heavy use at all. Invest in a better brand, don't waste money on these. Show details
Back up Filters Non Existant Company Poor excuses each time – Hi, good vacum cleaner to start with filter got damaged had to clean it, and it broke, and wham no support afterwards hegroup, excuse after excuse. From now on sticking to well known brand names that have the parts and support. Show details
Waste of time – Used on tiles and carpet, on tiles it pushes dirt and on carpet it takes several runs to pick up. Needs to be emptied every few rooms because it loses suction. Impossible to clean properly. Im already looking for a new vacuum Show details
No suction what so ever – Do not even waste your money on this . Spend a little bit more and buy a decent vacuum elsewhere. This vacuum barely sucks up dirt and dog fur. It also scratches your floor . Show details

Loses suction very quickly – At first it was really good with good suction; however, the dirt gets stuck at the top of the cannister and it needs emptying every 10 minutes. Specially bad if you have long hair or pets hair. Show details

You get what you pay for. It is cheap price, cheap quality, cheap, cheap, cheap – This vacuum was less than $100. It feels cheap and crappy, and it is. It worked well for the first 2 months. It then gradually lost suction. I have tried fixing it but I think it is a motor issue. It is useless now. Only good for landfill, which is incredibly bad for the environment, I have only had it for 5 months. I had a Dyson before this one… Read more
which lasted 15 years. I think’ the Miele looks like the one to get now. I would not Recommend this vacuum to anyone.
For $60 you can’t go wrong – Great sucking power for a $60 vacuum. Bagless and has caused us no issues. Straight up so easy. Plain white colour and got right into our woolen carpet. Would but again. Show details
Better than expected – Suction is strong, able to clean out most dirt out of the carpets, however cord is a bit short for the whole house, need to change sockets in order to vacuum the whole house Show details
Perfect! – The suction is so strong and amazing! Super affordable, easy to use, easy to clean. The capacity is quite large so you don’t need to empty every use. I love it Show details
Extremely disappointing! – Very disappointed to find the suction reduced extremely quickly, not even finishing one room, top filter needed pulling out every 2 minutes & took me twice as long as usual to do which was the reason I purchased a new one to save time! Motor runs hot. Used on carpet. Show details
Great – Kmart vacuumed are a lot better than I would have initially thought. For the price and how well it works I am very impressed. My first time using it I collected a lot of dust from my house, which was shocking!
Better than a Dyson – When finished cleaning with it. It is easier to clean than a Dyson. Both filters are easy to remove and clean, dry and re-install. The machine is very easy to take apart to clean. Only 4 screws with phillips heads need to be removed in the whole dust canister. The Dyson Has 14 screws with special heads. Show details
Works great can’t complain – I bought this vacuum in replacement for my broken one and it works great I can’t fault it, has plenty of sucking power easy to clean and has plenty of attachments Show details
Terrible : Keeps shutting off after vacuuming every 15 mins and takes hrs before coming back on – After 15 minutes of vacuuming the machine shuts down.. I literally take 2 days to vacuum a 2 bedroom flat. This is from the time of purchase and my vacuum gets used at least 3 times a month. Show details
Do not purchase!! – The vacuum doesn't suck and I have flat carpet floors, i have used it three times since purchasing and it has overheated twice, went to use it the forth time and it overheated and died and you can't clean it properly so overall very disappointed if I could find my receipt I would be taking it back straight away. Show details
Terrible suction – The suction is inadequate simple as that, if you like a vacuum to have powerful suction look elsewhere. It would be ok for people who are not fussy or have trouble with a powerful machine e.g. frail or perhaps young children. The build quality looks ok with nice well fitting plastic. I use this vac on hard floors and durable carpets so it might have a stronger suction on carpets with a longer pile, but I doubt it. Show details
