Some components are questionable – We had an Invisigard security screen door installed (which is meant to be one of the best), but the handle mechanism is a pain. the handle all the way down to retract the latch again, otherwise it won't close.
I appreciate that they've tried to attend to the issue, as they had to come out a couple times due to the first installer not quite installing the door right. I'm not going to continue complaining to them about it, but at the end of the day it's not a quality mechanism if it does this. If the deadbolt on my front door kept popping out when I open the front door, would you say it's normal?
The screen door closer/holder also seemed cheap (second photo). It was the decades-old style with the silly round disc to hold the door open. If you don't angle the disc right when the screen door is open, it won't hold the door. Again, we were told this was their best quality door closer, despite seeing more reliable versions of these door holders on previous screen doors.
Unfortunately I will be going with another installer next time. The screen itself and the frame appear to be great quality, but I am disappointed with the other components.

Security Door – I called KNA for a new security door and when Wayne arrived I showed him the old one that had came off. Instead of trying to sell me a new one which he easily could've he hung the old one back up for me at no cost to myself. He gave me advice on a couple of other areas that I was looking to put roller doors on as well. understand. He explained how my dog may not realise the door was there, however he did not warn me about my husband who nearly walked into it ha ha. It is so invisible you don't realise its there.
